Trotenya is a power-scoring guard who has the strength and physical makeup to pound defenses around the paint. But he's also proven he has extended range from three (44.8%) and his ability to score from different levels along with wearing defenses down has led to him averaging 25.2 ppg, good for second in the MCC. He's clearly come on strong this season after having a solid AAU season and has quickly risen the ranks with his play. Along with his scoring prowess, he's also been a big factor on the glass (8.9 rpg) and really attacks the game when he's out there.

DeJong popped up fast on our radar this spring and summer and he's continued to thrive for Sedro-Woolley putting up big scoring numbers. He's currently leading the Skagit Valley area with 29.4 ppg, and while you can't ignore his scoring output, he's also been a really impactful passer dishing out of pressure and assisting with some nifty passes in transition. He has defenses keying in on him and staying tight to counter his smooth shooting stroke but DeJong has shown good patience to gather himself when surrounded and find the right pass out.

Tolliver has been a big stock riser over this first half of his junior season and has proven to be a pretty electric player with the ball. He has good size at 6-foot-4, can handle the rock with some elusiveness, and does a great job getting to the rim. He is keen at using the glass and working from different angles but also does well in creating contact and working his way to the foul line. He's come on strong to help pace Silas in points this season and provide some skilled slashing.

Monroe has been one of the stronger teams up in the Wesco and is actually still undefeated in the state. They have a balanced approach but Prohn is one of their steadier performers who can score from different levels and plays a smart basketball brand that helps out the rest of his team. He can shoot from deep, has some craftiness around the paint, and has great spatial awareness and how to get the ball there. He is constantly in motion, not moving at blazing speeds, but making quick decisions and staying ready to make a move off the catch, which allows him to speed up defenders while staying under control.

Earlier this week, McCann showed off some serious scoring power, breaking the Ridgefield school record for points in a game by dropping 46 against Hudson's Bay. He's a kid who shows a pretty good stroke out to 3-point, does well to time cuts to get to the rim and open spaces in the midrange, and shows some focus to hit tough shots. He's also exhibited some toughness needed to finish inside and around the paint, as well as staying strong with some determined downhill takes.

Sheppard is a decently athletic guard who has helped Sequim earn a top-five RPI ranking in the 2A this season. He plays fast in space, has the skill to beat his man with a quick move outside, and has shown off some impressive consistency from behind the arc. His quickness, shooting, and athleticism at the rim have proven to be a pretty deadly combo and has his team sitting pretty at 12-1.
