I was so excited to see Caffey at the Prep Hoops Expo this fall. I finally got the chance to really look at his game. He didn't disappoint. First of all, he's impressive in person - A lot stronger and definitely with a next level frame. It was a showcase event, but Caffey showcased his desire to WIN. While he was at it, he showed off superior athleticism and an ability to defend the perimeter at a high level.

Wimberly is another player that has belonged on this list for a while now. I've seen him live and in person within a month and I have no doubt that he can be a point guard at the next level. Wimberly can control pace and feel as a primary ball handler and playmaker. He looks to make the right pass at the right time and isn't afraid to do it off a ball fake or 2 feet. Coaches at the next level are going to want to take a serious look.

Tory is having a breakout fall and high school season. He just looks like a basketball player. His frame and athleticism just scream next level. Needless to say, Tory has very intriguing positional size and strength. He can get out in the open floor in a hurry, fill a wing and finish at and above the rim.

This is a classic example of why they say to show up to play every time you hit the court because you never know who's watching. I saw him play this season and put in my notes that he needed to be ranked. Huhn influences the game on both ends of the floor. He has a pretty pull up jumper and can finish at the rim as well.

Mercer earned his way on this list. If someone tells you that the Prep Hoops Expo isn't worth it, well here's another young man that used it to put himself right here. He's a talented perimeter player that can shoot and score, but will pass up a good shot to feed a teammate with a great one. He's the kind of young man that players like to play with and deserves next level looks.
