Highlights
Jackson scored an impressive 35 points (including 6 three pointers) in his season opener. He is a sophomore but a second year varsity starter and a true leader on the team. Along with the 35 points Jackson had multiple assists, rebounds and steals. He finished his freshman season last year at just over 17 ppg and is on pace to exceed that this year and put himself well over 1000 in his first two high school seasons. One of the elite shooters in the state Jackson is one to watch in Arizona!
Highlights
Reid Albright on his opening night of play for the Varsity basketball Chatham Central team had a career high of 40 points. The combo guard shot 17 for 27 from 2’s (63%) and 6 for 12 (50%) from the 3 point line. He did NOT attempt any foul shouts. He also had 9 rebounds, 5 assists, 7 steals, with only 1 turn-over in the 81-36 win.
Highlights
Returning Missouri Class 5 Player of the Year started the first two games of the year on fire. Before the game he was honored with the School Scoring Champ Ball by surpassing our school All Time point record with 1912 career points. On November 22nd he scored a game high 27 points and 5 AST, and 4 steals vs St. Pius X.
The next night vs Lutheran St. Charles he scored 43 points and 5 AST and 4 steals.
For two games last week he is averaging 35 points and 5 Assists a game and the Dragons are 2-0.

Kel scored a career high 38 points against Lamar County High School in the opener. Also scored 22 against Northside, 26 against Marion County (8/14 from 3 point range) 23 against Belgreen. He is 37/39 from the free throw line through 4 games.
