[player_tooltip player_id='2344530' first='Noah' last='Perna'], 6'0 SG Southern

Perna took the biggest jump of any team in the update and has the potential to move up higher. The 6'0 guard has a good first step, which he uses to beat his defender off the bounce and finishes nicely around the basket. Perna can also score in the mid-range and threads passes to his teammates in the halfcourt. He has a nice release on his jumper and slides his feet on defense. Perna's ability to play on and off the ball is something that will help his stock throughout the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2202023' first='Frankie' last='Hoynowski'], 6'1 PG College Achieve

Hoynowski plays for both the National and Regional team for College Achieve, which will help his game this winter. The 6'1 guard has a good handle, which he uses to get to his spot on the floor and finishes in a number of ways around the basket. Hoynowski is more than just a slasher as he wastes little motion in his release and makes opponents pay for giving him space behind the arc. He is a solid passer and works hard on the defensive end. Hoynowski will get plenty of opportunities to have the ball in his hands, which will only help his development this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1454276' first='Blake' last='Hargrove'], 6'0 PG Hun

Hargrove has started off the season hot and is looking to carry it over through the rest of the season. The 6'0 guard has a clean release on his jumper and can knock down triples in bunches. Hargrove can shoot either off the catch or bounce and knows how to finish around the basket. He is an underrated passer and also has the ability to play off the ball. Hargrove is a sharpshooting guard prospect who should continue to torch the nets from distance this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2504905' first='Gary' last='Jennings'], 5'10 PG Princeton Day

Jennings has taken a step up this season and is looking to take an even bigger jump up the rankings. The 5'10 guard uses his handle to get to his spot on the floor and has a nice touch in the mid-range. Jennings finishes well around the basket and is unafraid of drawing contact in the paint. He is an underrated rebounder and uses his quick hands to get deflections on the defensive end. Jennings has eclipsed double digits in every game so far this season and is looking to continue the trend in 2025.

[player_tooltip player_id='2344521' first='Micah' last='Gordon'], 5'10 PG Plainfield

Gordon moved into the top 3 of the 2027 rankings and is looking to lead the Cardinals back to the sectional title. The 5'10 guard is dynamic with the ball in his hands as defenders struggle to keep him in front and can finish in a variety of ways around the rim. Gordon plays with good floor vision and wastes little motion in his jumper. He plays with good instincts on the defensive end, which he uses to get steals and deflections. Gordon has at least five assists in each of his last five games and is looking to continue that streak in 2025.
