<p>Despite there not being a lot of actual basketball to report on, October was a very busy month here at Prep Hoops Indiana headquarters. We spent the entire month, ahead of the high school season ramping up soon, updating our prospect rankings. We released our initial Class of 2028 Watch List featuring an incredible 293 prospects. We expanded our Class of 2027 rankings to a Top 50 while adding over 100 new names to the database. Then, for 2026 and 2025 we did a full update while adding several new names as well. As always, we released a ton of content around the rankings releases as well. Due to all of that content we've gotten a bit back logged on recruiting news. We will now attempt to catch up in this two part update featuring all of the latest commitments, offers, and visits.</p>

<p>6'10" center [player_tooltip player_id='2410162' first='Kevo' last='St. Hilaire'] (West Lafayette H.S. 2025) added an offer from Parkland Community College, a junior college program in Illinois.</p>

<p>Former Richmond High School standout and Indiana Junior All-Star Cedric Horton (Hargrave Military Academy 2025) announced his commitment to Texas A&M Corpus Christi.</p>
