Howard was one of the more impressive all around hoopers that I was able to closely examine on Friday evening against AZ Compass. He was all over the floor grabbing rebounds, putting his body on the line for loose balls, and giving 100 percent on every single play. He fits in very well on a disciplined Oak Hill squad who knows how to stay disciplined and move the ball. Williams plays the game with great energy and is very fundamentally sound for only being a 2027 athlete and he will only continue to raise his stock if he keeps playing at this level. He had several and-one finishes at the basket and hit some midrange and long balls as well.

Jordy was a great wing/post combo with teammate [player_tooltip player_id='1560932' first='Landon' last='Veal'] in Good Vision Academy's win over Red Rock on Friday evening. Jordy has good strength when making his way to the rim against strong defense and uses a variety of post moves to score the basketball. He can lock opponents down on defense as well as make key hustle plays to give GVA the momentum on both ends. He is quickly becoming one of the more underrated players in the HTX 2025 class since moving over from France.

Dedrick Miles was a huge momentum changer for [player_tooltip player_id='2382175' first='Xavier' last=''] Academy in their tourney win over Seven Lakes on Friday evening. He constantly got to the rim against tough competition and was a disruptive presence on defense as he got several steals due to his physicality and frame on ballhandlers. Miles was also full of energy as he was very active on both sides of the ball and helped keep up the energy and tone of the game, leaning it towards [player_tooltip player_id='2382175' first='Xavier' last=''] and helping them get the win. He had several opportunities he converted at the charity stripe and got several stops on defense, allowing for transition buckets and extra second chance points.

[player_tooltip player_id='1678260' first='Jason' last='Scott'] has been phenomenal so far to start this season after transferring from Westbury Christian to Legacy SSS. Scott shows mastery of the point guard position and can facilitate with the best of them as he always keeps his teammates involved and can get a bucket when he is counted upon to score the basketball. He also has a smooth jumper and good decision making when the ball is in his hands with the game on the line, as well as being a vocal leader for the Titans. Despite the loss to SoCal Academy on the evening, Jason was definitely impressive on both sides of the court and helped his team stay in contention during the entire duration of the game.
