2027 Class 1A Fab 5

Over the next few weeks Prep Hoops SC will begin to preview the players and teams that you need to watch for this Winter, including the 2027 Class 1A Fab 5. This preview will go in-depth on the 5 highest-ranked Sophomores in Class 1A. This list includes prospects of various archetypes who will be eager to break out to College Coaches and begin to look for a home at the next level. In 2023-24, Milton put up 9.6 Points Per Game and 3.7 Rebounds Per Game for the Hornets while shooting over 50% from the field on the season. Robinson was a stock riser in the most recent Prep Hoops SC 2027 Rankings moving up to #42 in the State. Playing in Class 1A Region 3, he will be one of the more dominant underclassmen with the size to dominate the paint on both ends. However, Randy is also polished in his movement skills. The Eagles play in 1A Region 5. Last season they made it to the second round of the 1A Playoffs as Nyren averaged 7.0 Points Per Game and 4.9 Rebounds Per Game. He is a two-sport athlete who brings lots of traits from the football field onto the basketball court. Perry lead the Eagles in scoring his Freshman Year at 9.6 Points Per Game while shooting 43% from the field. Caiden is a very good passing Point Guard too. He does a good job of keeping his teammates involved in the offense. He plays for Lewisville High School in 1A Region 2. Culp saw a good amount of the floor in his Freshman Year including a 25-Point performance when Prep Hoops saw him in a January Region Game. Jalen is quick off the dribble and excels in getting the basket.
