Varsity Fall League: Tuesday’s Standouts

On Tuesday, he drove baseline and threw down a vicious 180 dunk. Not much later, [player_tooltip player_id='1266705' first='Jevon' last='Yapi'] threw him an alley-oop. On Tuesday he displayed that he can score in multiple ways. He was hitting floaters, mid-range shots, and threw down a dunk as well. He doesn't back down as a defender and is constantly hungry for a steal. Basic looked to keep his scoring in check. But he still scored a number of buckets, including a 3 and a dunk. He had a number of highlight plays, including some blocks and steals on defense. The Bulldogs threw heavy pressure at him when he was the ball-handler and he made some good adjustments as the game went on. The 6'7 sophomore showed that he has some range and hit a few 3 pointers. Robinson also got some buckets out in transition and got to the line.
