The highly anticipated new edition of the class of 2027 rankings have finally been released, with 75 players including over 20 new players to the list! As I've warned before, ranking classes before their junior season is very tricky, so consider this more of a continued starting point and not a final draft, as there are plenty of players who will emerge and improve and things will change a lot over the next few years.

With that being said, here's a look at part two of the new faces in the update.

#24) Jamal “Deuce” Price Jr. | 6'0” PG | Bishop Ireton

Price is a two sport star who also shines on the football field at Ireton, and he enters the rankings after a good showing this summer with the Cardinals. He's in one of the deepest backcourts in the WCAC and he finds his way on the floor with his quickness and ability to touch the paint to make plays, he's a very good on ball defender and he's able to make winning plays without having to score very much.

#34) [player_tooltip player_id='2548299' first='Isaiah' last='Savage'] | 6'0” SG | St. Michael

Savage was a huge breakout performer at the Prep Hoops Expo and followed it up with some impressive showings at the CBG Fall events, and he's a guy who could move way up this list as he continues to develop his potential moving forward. He's an absolute freak athlete for his age who plays well above the rim effortlessly, he can uses his athleticism defensively to jump passing lanes and block shots and he's just scratching the surface with his offensive ability.

#40) [player_tooltip player_id='2548293' first='Conner' last='Wilcox'] | 6'5” PF | Atlee

Wilcox was a standout for Atlee as a freshman even earning All District honors, and he followed it up with a great summer on the HGSL Circuit and has been great during the preseason as well. The 6'5” forward is a walking mismatch for his group as he can play and guard both on the perimeter and in the paint, he knocks down shots consistently, he plays with a great motor and he brings a scrappy type of attitude to the game as well.

#45) [player_tooltip player_id='2546241' first='Micah' last='Young'] | 6'0” CG | Paul VI

Young may be overshadowed on a PVI team that is chock full of talent from top to bottom, but there's no question he could shine at a public school and should find his way on the floor at some point in the next few seasons. The lefty guard is a knock down shooter from deep off the catch, he is very good getting to the one dribble pull-up and can make contested shots, and he changes speeds well to keep defenders off balance and get to his spots as well.

#47) [player_tooltip player_id='2623725' first='Jay' last='Capel'] | 6'1” CG | Westfield

Like many of the new additions, Capel is a player who could see himself move up this list as he continues to prove himself, as he is part of the deepest backcourt in NOVA public schools and goes against top tier older guards every day in practice. The 6'1” combo is a shifty slashing guard who can get to the rim using ball screens or in isolation, he makes good reads and the right play consistently and he's a fearless competitor on both ends of the floor.

#50) [player_tooltip player_id='2624539' first='Austin' last='Agosto'] | 5'9” PG | Blue Ridge

Agosto is following in the footsteps of his brother Josh Colon, a former standout at Blue Ridge and Fordham before turning pro in Puerto Rico, and he's another player who could move well up this list moving forward. While he isn't the biggest guy Agosto is an absolute dog on the defensive end of the floor and can guard the length of the floor, he is quick off the bounce to get by defenders, he can make plays for others and he picks his spots and scores it efficiently.
