Montgomery, a rising senior, is a skilled primary ball-handler with efficient handles and a composed hesitation move that opens up scoring from all three levels. He's a smooth finisher at the rim, showing bounce and finesse, while also being a reliable shooter from mid-range and deep. His quickness and activity make him effective on the defensive end, particularly on the perimeter.     Tyler, the top shooting guard in his class, showcased his athleticism, skill, and relentless energy this past weekend. His impressive vertical allowed him to finish above the rim and control the boards with ease. A talented three-level scorer, he displayed versatility on offense. Defensively, Tyler used his length and quickness to disrupt plays and force turnovers. Defensively, he brought plenty of energy, and his offensive streaks only fueled his intensity. Newton is definitely a junior to keep an eye on as he continues to develop.     Peterson excelled in the pick-and-roll, setting solid screens and rolling effectively to either seal his defender or find a clear path to the rim. He also showed his versatility as a threat by popping off screens and positioning himself along the perimeter, where he showcased a smooth and promising three-point shot. The 2026 wing can be a scoring threat from multiple spots in the halfcourt.
