This article will cover each prospect from Team 8 and evaluations of the remaining teams will be posted soon. The set up was great as he used his body to shield or box out the defender as he went after the ball and rose up and finished. Wilkerson has been able to develop over the past few years and could be a small school athlete that a school picks up as a steal. Defensively he was able to show that he could be engaged and he stays low and in front of the offensive player all while being active with his feet and hands. If he could maintain that intensity through an entire game while he is on the floor, there is no way you can miss on him as a next level player.

With time to develop you can see flashes of some instinctual IQ stuff from him. He could be a grab and go big in time. Right now he is a bit reluctant as he rebounds and waits for the transition defense to clear. He could develop that handle and push the tempo ability because he has some good throw and go's as he is following the ball as a forward looking to set screens and get into some roll action. He actually has soft hands too.

Dzakic is a streaky shooter that you need to be aware about. He could get going in a hurry. He takes good shots and his range has improved. His improvement that we saw from this year to last year is his vision, decision making and passing ability. If he is not scoring he is still impactful to have out on the floor.

Horsley can shoot the ball and he is a ball of energy and he plays like he got shot out of a cannon. He ran the floor well finding open spaces as well as filling lanes well. With one of the quickest releases in the gym he was on point. Good size for this incoming freshman who has game.

Quick hands and an active defender on the ball. He made it hard for anyone to get by him and he hd some impressive finishes as he changed speeds and used some good footwork to get opn on drives.

Petersen has a quick dribble and he can get downhill so quickly. He did a lot of the dirty work, setting screens and such. The way he tracks rebounds and can score on broken plays is solid. He is a SF that is mobile and has a constant motor.

Smaller guard and a young player at that was showing some flashes of ability. On the defensive end he held his own staying in front and not getting pushed around. He spaced the floor well. Took high quality shots. This is a good young player. He will have a chance at the new high school up North to continue to develop as alead guard.
