We are in the thick of rankings update season here at Prep Hoops Indiana headquarters. This Monday we expanded and updated our Class of 2026 Prospect Rankings releasing a Top 150 along with nearly 300 more names on the Watch List. As we do each week when we release rankings, we will spend time diving deeper providing content that highlights stock-risers, new names, positional breakdowns, and much more. Let's begin here with a look at six prospects who jumped in the rankings the most.

It is no real surprise that a player at a program like Noblesville would end up being a major stock-riser heading into his junior season. Walker has spent time playing alongside an Indiana All-Star along with the #3 ranked prospect in his own class. He had an excellent sophomore season for a Top 10 team in the state, but now has really broke out this fall. Don't be surprised to see Division I programs get very involved with Walker this season.

We originally had Shrewsberry ranked highly when he came to Indiana from Pennsylvania and then probably overreacted a bit when we slid him down the rankings over the last couple of updates. Now, I think we've righted the ship a bit as he climbed over 10 spots back up to #26. You simply can't teach his level of catch-and-shoot ability especially when paired with good positional size at 6'4".

Darrell absolutely went off at the Metro Indy Fall League on Sunday which was perfect timing just hours ahead our Class of 2026 Prospect Rankings update. As I wrote in our top performers article from that event, we've seen the Crown Point High School guard play a lot but Sunday was as good as he has been. He was scoring it from all over the floor, making crisp passes from a live dribble, and disrupting ball handlers on the defensive end of the floor.

We had the opportunity to see Petty play again on Monday afternoon just hours after the rankings release as we had boots on the ground for North Central High School's workouts. The 6'4"-6'5" guard had a great summer shooting the basketball. His shot-making ability at his size, along with some fluid athleticism, makes him an intriguing prospect. Look for him to have a breakout junior season and get on the radar of some college programs going into next summer.

Another junior at a "blue blood" Indianapolis area school that is poised to really breakout on a statewide stage this season. After missing time last year due to injury, Moss-Wright put together a strong summer on the 3SSB Circuit with Phenom United and should play a big role for Ben Davis who will once again be among the Top 5-10 teams in Class 4A. The 6'3"-6'4" guard jumped 16 spots up to #36 overall.

Mosley posted big numbers as a sophomore and now, after some strong play against the best-of-the-best at the Metro Indy Fall League, is climbing the Prep Hoops Indiana Class of 2026 Prospect Rankings to #55 overall. He is a shifty 5'9" guard with dynamic playmaking ability and can make tough shots from all over the floor. Gary 21st Century is going to be tough to beat once again this year with Mosley and company in the backcourt.
