Frost, the 7th ranked recruit in New England, came off the board last week when he announced his commitment to the University of Notre Dame. Frost has proven to be not only one of the country's top stock risers over the last year, but also one of the most consistent prospects day in and day out. What might be most impressive about his game, even more so than his shooting, is that each time he steps on the floor you know what to expect from him. He has a great frame, plus athleticism, and continuously shows that he just knows how to play the game. He remains one of the top shooters in the class, becoming even more dangerous off the bounce of late. He's a tough defender, willing rebounder, and high IQ prospect that does whatever is needed for his team to win. He's a great get for Notre Dame in what looks to be one of the nation's top recruiting classes.

Cueto, the 4th ranked combo guard in the region, finalized his recruitment last month with a commitment to North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. A big guard with a great stroke from behind the arc and an improving floor game with the ball in his hands, Cueto is one of three prospects from St. George's to be featured in this article. He has great positional size, impressive length, and a good feel as an off-ball defender. As he continues to fill out and frame and add strength, his ability to make plays off the bounce should only improve. His versatility on the offensive end should allow him to fill multiple roles at the next level. He's a quality recruit for North Carolina A&T and should have a chance to make an early impact in the CAA.

Loer, New England's 13th ranked prospect overall, will continue his academic and athletic careers in the state he plays in now, when he attends the University of Rhode Island. A dynamic athlete, Loer was one of the region's top risers coming out of his sophomore season, eventually gaining offers all the way up to the high-major level. He's a threat to score any time he has the ball in his hands, is a tough downhill driver, and can finish in a variety of ways at or above the rim. He has a good feel for the game as a passer, often finding cutters in scoring positions off his own drives. He scores off the ball as a spot up shooter and cutter. Defensively, he's a bigger guard that can really rebound the basketball and offers some rim protection from the help side. He's a terrific pick up for Rhode Island and profiles as the type of prospect that can grow into an all-conference level performer in the Atlantic 10.

Veillette, the 3rd ranked power forward in New England, finalized his college plans with a commitment to Merrimack College. Veillette increased his stock as much as any forward in the region last spring, changing his body and showing his versatility on the offensive end of the floor. He's done a good job of evolving his game to the perimeter and now profiles as a versatile hybrid forward at the next level. He's tough, competitive, and plays with a relentless motor. He has great hands, is a terrific finisher around the rim, and has developed his jumper into a reliable part of his game. Defensively, he rebounds at a high clip and has the mobility to guard up and down a position. Most impressively, on top of his effort, is his willingness to be vocal on the defensive end of the floor. This is a terrific match of prospect and school, with Merrimack getting a prospect that could make an impact the day he steps on campus.
