For the third year Xposure Runs hosted the Chi-Town Showcase. It was held in downtown Chicago at the best roof top gym in the world. It was a good mixture of talented players from Chicago and outside the area. Here is a look back at the standouts from this year's event in Chi-Town Showcase Standouts Pt 2!

[player_tooltip player_id='2617386' first='Dustyn' last='Collins'] - Centralia 2025

Collins made another trip to Chicago count as he dazzled with his amazing leaping ability and continuous motor on both sides of the ball. He finishes well at the basket and even caught a poster dunk down the lane. As the runs kept going players would play off Dustyn and that was when he started making shots from the baseline and the college the three. Collins left the event with tons of respect from the Chicagoland basketball community.

[player_tooltip player_id='2617395' first='Jahkil' last='Jackson']- Curie 2025

Jackson had moments in the runs. He got to the rack several times off cuts and straight drives for finishes. He was one of the better on-ball defenders at the event getting his hands on bad passes and causing fumbles with the ball in one-on-one battles. Jackson does his work by applying pressure mostly causing forced turnovers.

[player_tooltip player_id='2045857' first='Ethan' last='Hillsman'] - Joliet West 2026

The bouncy forward was a menace on the glass at the Showcase. He had a nose for the ball anytime it came off the glass he was there. Ethan moved very well up and down the court receiving several passes that he turned into dunks for the team he ran with. As we continue to watch Hillsman we see that he is dangerous in pick-n-roll and pop sets. When catching passes from the three-point line he knocks the shot down. If he's rolling hard to the rim expect a momentum-changing lob play. Either way Ethan has a tremendous upside to his game and will be a name that many will discuss this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1550741' first='Jacob' last='Rice'] - St. Laurence 2025

Jacob looks the part of a college athlete, already his broad shoulders and added strength since returning from prep school. Looked good shooting from mid-range and the three. Rice plays very poised and knows how to get separation on his shot. On defense, he covered multiple positions on the court adding more depth to the type of college prospect he is.

[player_tooltip player_id='2321459' first='Tristian' last='Saunders'] - Joliet West 2025

If many didn't know much about Tristian before Sunday they have idea of who he is now. He was on fire from three at the event. Saunders went on a huge tear during the runs and ran off close to 6 straight threes. The amount of confidence he played with showed and Saunders left with the Sharp Shooters award.

[player_tooltip player_id='2125627' first='Ethan' last='Vahl'] Oswego East 2028

Vahl hasn't even played an official high school game yet and he's racking up awards. Ethan was able to get into his bag at the event getting into iso possessions setting guys up with dimes. He's always at his best pushing the tempo and beating guys to the basket with his handles and step back jumper. His play set him up to win the Rising Stars Award.

[player_tooltip player_id='1385309' first='Keshaun' last='Vaval'] - Evergreen Park 2025

Vaval didn't do a lot of scoring but he was instrumental in being a setup guy mostly during transition. Keshaun is an outstanding passer in the open court and some of the dimes he dropped were highlight worthy. As a smaller guard he knows his strength and is capable of scoring if guys lay off him. If there was an award for passing he would have taken it home.

[player_tooltip player_id='2617463' first='Yusuf' last='Saleh'] - Argo 2025

Saleh is an unknown to some in the basketball community but we've seen him several times at Prep Hoops camps. At the Showcase he was one of the better defenders on the court. Yusuf was picking up players full court causing all types of issues to get stops. He plays very hard against everybody no matter if they are known or not. I liked how he was able to still be effective on offense scoring off jump shots and even got to the basket for layups. Yusuf will be on a small school roster somewhere next season playing basketball just purely off his effort and will to guard the basketball.
