Prep Hoops hosted The Expo last month for the junior and senior prospects in Louisiana. This showcase brought out some of the top players from the 2025 and 2026 classes. Outside of the top ranked players, there were a host of other Louisiana preps trying to improve their recruitment status. This combination brought out numerous sessions of well-played basketball. From these sessions, we composed the best players from the day in Baton Rouge. In this review of The Expo, we will name the players who made up the All-Expo Team in Louisiana.

[player_tooltip player_id='1601451' first='Kobe' last='Butler']

1st Team

[player_tooltip player_id='1492960' first='Kane' last='Broussard'] (6'5" | Lacassine)

[player_tooltip player_id='1560448' first='Jalen' last='Brown'] (5'10" | Avoyelles Charter)

[player_tooltip player_id='1601451' first='Kobe' last='Butler'] (6'7" | Archbishop Shaw)

[player_tooltip player_id='1275303' first='Jordan' last='Matthews'] (Vandebilt Catholic)

[player_tooltip player_id='1347266' first='Preston' last='Sanders'] (6'2" | Zwolle)

[player_tooltip player_id='2130462' first='Rashad' last='Stevenson'] (6'4" | Thomas Jefferson)

The two state champions looked as if they were in mid-season form during The Expo. [player_tooltip player_id='1560448' first='Jalen' last='Brown'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1347266' first='Preston' last='Sanders'] were getting to their spots, making plays in the half court, and finishing in transition. They played very well in Baton Rouge. [player_tooltip player_id='1275303' first='Jordan' last='Matthews'] displayed his prowess as one of the top point guards in the state. His mid-range game was very effective. [player_tooltip player_id='1492960' first='Kane' last='Broussard'] was very good at scoring in the paint using great footwork and touch around the rim. [player_tooltip player_id='1601451' first='Kobe' last='Butler'] played a man amongst boys. His rim protection and dunks were powerful and skillful at the same time. [player_tooltip player_id='2130462' first='Rashad' last='Stevenson'] was the new guy on the scene.
