Nobody does content and event coverage like Prep Hoops. We flexed those muscles on Sunday as we welcomed in 150+ of the best freshmen in the state for our annual Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase. Then, we hosted our inaugural Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp which featured 110+ prospects including half of our Top 25 ranked players. It was an outstanding turnout and a great pool of talent for our first time introducing the event. Over the next week or so our team of scouts at Prep Hoops Indiana will evaluating every player in attendance at both events. For this one, we look at Team 11.

***As you can imagine, trying to cover 110+ prospects in a single event is a very daunting task. Also, there always end up being a couple of jersey number discrepancies, so if you attended the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp and DID NOT receive an evaluation, please reach out to Brandon Ramsey via email coachbrandonramsey@gmail.com or on Twitter @BRamseyKSR.***

A 5'9" guard from Avon High School, Singh fit in well to both 3-on-3 and 5-on-5 settings at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp due to his ball handling, passing, and consistent movement off of the ball. He is a good cutter with a high-level of understanding of spacing which helped to allow the offense to continue to flow. When he had the ball in his hands, Singh was comfortable handling it and could get a paint touch to draw help.

Justice is a guard that has the requisite skill level to blossom into a productive guard as he physically continues to mature. The 5'9" guard can handle the ball and shoot it at a good clip from beyond the arc which will only continue to improve as he grows and gets stronger. He was able to create some shots off of the dribble at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp and certainly showed enough to see some potential for the Pendleton Heights High School guard.

Obviously Kilgore has some room to grow at 5'5", but what stood out during our Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp was how he was consistently unafraid to go against opposing size. Whether he was handling the ball one-on-one against a bigger defender, matched up with somebody with size on the other end, or sticking his nose in to help rebound from the perimeter, Kilgore was consistently involved in the action.

Center Grove High School got hit hard by graduation from a team that won a lot of games last season. However, Coach Hahn's group is reloading with some very talented pieces in the younger classes. Laney was one who stood out at our Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp. The 6'2" guard has good perimeter size with a strong, athletic build. Skill wise he proved to be a very effective jump shooter who could create his own shot. Intriguing prospect to keep an eye on.

Playing on his home floor at Fishers High School, Skees showcased a versatile offense game at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp. The 6'0" guard made a tough runner in 5-on-5 action off of a right hand drive and was able to find creative ways to score it like that throughout the day. He has enough quickness with the ball to create separation and a crafty intermediate range game.

One of the top rebounders in the state among freshmen last season season, Crum made an instant impact at the varsity level for Parke Heritage High School as they nearly made it all of the way to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. He will once again be a key piece as they try to take that next step this year. Crum is a physical presence inside that is an excellent finisher and excels in his role. The rebounding ability is what really stands out though. He has a real nose for the ball and plays with such a a high motor at all times.

One of the standouts from the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp, Wetzel is ready to step into a major role for Heritage Hills High School. Obviously, there are big shoes to fill with 4-star, Top 100 prospect Trent Sisley leaving for Montverde Academy. Wetzel, a 6'6" forward, dominated around the basket throughout the event showcasing some fluid mobility at his size while finishing with strength. He could be a breakout star in this Class of 2027 this coming season.
