Putman was an electric presence in the Team 1 backcourt and did well to complement those around him, especially during the 5v5 games. He's a guard with a high IQ for making things happen off the bounce as he showed to open things up during the 3v3 sessions. The more he warmed up, the better he looked around his fellow freshman from the Carolinas. As his teammates got used to his speed with the ball and he figured out where to find teammates, their squad found success. He's a lead guard prospect to keep an eye on while at East Mecklenburg High with a bright future ahead of him following his performance at the Carolinas Freshman Showcase.

Green was a sizeable presence on the Team 1 front at 6-foot-4 who utilized his size well to rebound the ball and control the glass. He did well to show he could play a physical brand of basketball to earn the trust of his teammates. He also showed he could operate inside and out, with nice touch on his jump shot from the perimeter. He'll be a name to track in the early going over at Atkins High in the 336 area in the 2028 class. As he improves his all-around game, he should continue to be a name to know on the PH radar.

Holmes made quite the impression with Team 1 at the Carolinas Freshman Showcase. He showed he could be a vocal leader during the 3v3 sessions, showing teammates where to be to make things happen and be successful. Things opened up for him a lot more in 5v5 games. He's a wiry prospect to keep an eye on in the 2028 class at Carmel Christian School. He showed he could operate in a few different roles throughout the showcase with his athleticism at 6-foot-2, showing off his ability to attack off the paint, knock down 3-pointers and make things happen for others. Defensively, he wasn't afraid to fly around and alter shots around the rim. He'll be an exciting prospect to track over the next few seasons.

Havylyuk is a 6-foot-2 shooting guard/wing to know out of Panther Creek High. He was one of the more confident shooters at the Carolinas Freshman Showcase, showcase his ability to knock down shots and find others on the perimeter, especially to open things up during the 3v3 session. During the 5v5 games, he showed he could adjust his role when needed, operating inside and out and making an impact no matter the setting.
