2026 Risers Top 100

PH NorCal has updated the class of 2026 Rankings. With a total of 188 ranked, and approximately 33 on the Watch List. That gives us 221 prospects in our 2026 Class. Our Watch List puts you on the radar, we'll have to see more of you. Here are the players rounding up to the top 100 be cause of their play during during club season, exposure camps, or with their high school team.    At first glance we saw a good defender. Then we noticed the transfer from Fairfield looks to put up 3pt shots when the opportunity is there. He can drop a 3, in rhythm coming down court in transition, he squares up nicely in the corners, He'll use a one dribble pull-up. He can use his dribble to get to the rim.     At 6'6 he has a growing body, with length to defend inside, and rebound. He moves, cuts, sets solid screens. He sets up at the high post, while working his way through to the low block, he can be a target inside. He's a ball mover, reversing the ball. We noticed he's added a 3pt shot setting up in the corners.     Williams continues on an upward path. He's played against quality competition throughout the Spring and Summer, while steadily developing his skills. He's an improving defender the paint making use of his 6'7 body making sure there's no straight path for easy lay ups, he's hard to back down. He can score on the low block, pass from the high post, he's shown he can take and make a 3ptr at times.     He'll be a contributor after transitioning from the football field. He was a key piece down the stretch when Valley won the CCS title last season. He looks to put points on the board using his dribble, aggressively attacking in transition and along the perimeter. He has a pull-up jumper, his passing and decision making are getting better. He can hit the 3ptr at times. He has foot speed and strength to be a good defender.     The long guard is showing signs he's ready to lock in. He's a quality defender using lengthy arms, active feet, and lateral movement to harass and disrupt, making things difficult on the defensive side of the ball. He's a good baller, passer with the ability to get into the paint for dishes or paint jumpers.     Ventura transfers from Archbishop Mitty getting an opportunity to showcase his all around skills with his new team. He's an excellent passer, with vision to see cutters, he makes good decisions. He has range and form to drop 3's around the perimeter, he can use a dribble or two for the mid-range and paint jumpers and dishes.     Standing 6'2, he's a quality defender with the body and strength to defend bigger players in the post area, and out along the perimeter. He positions himself well for weak side help, cuts off driving lanes. He boxes out, battles for rebounds, and hustles up court in transition. He's starting to use his dribble to attack from the perimeter, and high post, he's an excellent passer.     He's steadily improving as a point guard who can lead a team. He has quality handles, with plenty of moves to get by defenders and into the paint for jumpers and floaters. Stop and go, change of direction, along vision to find mates around the perimeter and in transition. He has a mid-range jumper and can knock down a 3ptr.
