Gage was a nice addition to the Warriors roster after coming over from Barnwell HS last fall. Gage can get the ball to the cup when needed. At times he needs to keep things simple instead of trying to do too much. The athletic Dicks really likes to get out in transition and play in an up-tempo style of play.

Dicks averaged 18.6 ppg and 7.4 rebounds last season for the Warriors (18-17). The Warriors lost to Cathedral Academy in the SCISA Class 2A State Semifinals last season.

Hendrix is back for another year with the Saints. The Saints lost to Hilton Head Prep last season in the SCISA Class 3A State Championship.

Hendrix averaged 19.7 ppg a season ago and comes into his senior season with 848 career points.

Brayden is constantly around the ball and looking to make a play. He seems to play his best basketball the ball at the shooting guard position. He can dial it up quickly at times from long range when he gets hot. Brayden has no problems looking to attack the rack and absorbing contact along the way at times.

It just seems like yesterday I started these kids, and Shawn was one of them for the Barons. Shawn has a good frame and body control to the bucket. He will fend off defenders and get to the foul line. He can play multiple positions on the floor when called upon for the Barons.

Shawn is a stat sheet stuffer at times. He averaged 9.7 ppg, 5.2 rebounds and 4.6 assists last season for the Barons (24-8).

Chivers made the move over to the SCISA Ranks this season after playing at nearby Lugoff-Elgin HS. Nigel will bring some toughness to the backcourt for Head Coach Philip Deter this season. Chivers certainly has no problems sacrificing his body when it comes to taking a charge, jumping on the deck or picking up a rebound from his guard spot. Nigel is a GAMER on the floor and a vocal leader to boot.

Chivers averaged 14.5 ppg last season for the Demons at Lugoff-Elgin HS.

Nigel brings a competitive edge to the floor at all times. The Cardinals the defending the SCISA Class 4A State Champions will look to go back-to-back this season.

Humphries is a slender-sleek left-handed forward. He likes to play out on the wing and set up shop at times. Hugh must get stronger for the next level. Humphries can knockdown the 3-pointer and really likes to play from the 15-17-feet range on the floor. Hugh averaged 11.3 ppg and 6.7 rebounds a season ago.

Can the Barons make a deep run this season with Head Coach Rip Ripley leading the way?

[player_tooltip player_id='1444326' first='Landon' last='Wilson'] - Trinity Collegiate (Darlington)

Wilson brings a lot of excitement to the floor with the way he wants to play. He really looks to swarm the ball on defensive end and create constant havoc. Landon has a scorer's mentality and with [player_tooltip player_id='2354712' first='Evan' last='Williams'] in the backcourt this season the Titans could surprise some folks for sure.

[player_tooltip player_id='1578619' first='Jaiden' last='Haltiwanger'] - Hammond (Columbia)

Jaiden is currently playing football for the Skyhawks. He plays defensive back and has picked up NCAA 1 recruitment along the way.

[player_tooltip player_id='1982066' first='AJ' last='Gresham'] - Cathedral Academy

Gresham wasn't really seen much at all this summer. He's back for the Generals with [player_tooltip player_id='1669880' first='Bryce' last='Ward'] in the backcourt. AJ averaged 21.4 ppg last season for the Generals (26-9). Can the Generals win another Class 2A State Championship after defeating Bethesda Academy (GA) last season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1806881' first='Payne' last='Wood'] - Spartanburg Day

Wood a left-handed shooting guard does most of his damage from downtown. When he has a chance to set his feet and get a clean look at the bucket watch out.

[player_tooltip player_id='1559447' first='Hilton' last='Dessausure'] - Northside Chrstian (Lexington)

The left-handed Dessausure had a good spring and summer on the Grassroots Circuit and with the Crusaders. Hilton can knockdown shots from the perimeter or simply attack the rack. He has a quick first step to attack the baseline at times. Hilton averaged 13.1 ppg last season in his first year in a Crusaders uniform. He started his career at Cardinal Newman.

[player_tooltip player_id='2356568' first='Sabion' last='Sessions'] - Christian Academy of Myrtle Beach

Sessions is a space eater in the paint. He has soft hands and a soft touch. I would really like to see him take off this season with his production and potential down the road. He keeps the ball up high after claiming it off the glass. The Saints added [player_tooltip player_id='2460180' first='Sammy' last='McGuire'] to the mix this season for more production. Sabion averaged 7.8 ppg and 7.2 rebounds a season ago.
