Many believe that, in the long run, he could possibly be the #1 player in the class. He is a versatile, big-body kid who is extremely tough off the bounce. He has a good physical build, plays with pace, and can get to the cup with the defender trapped on his hip or by simply bullying his way to the rim. He is a small PG but does a good job balancing scoring and facilitating. He dominates the ball, but he must when he is playing at his school, and the results of his playmaking abilities are often favorable for his squad. I am really high on him and believe he will be one of the state's premier guards, particularly at the PG spot, when it is all said and done. He's a crafty player, uses screens well, and is able to capitalize on various runners and floaters once he gets in the paint. He sees the floor well and does a good job getting the ball to his playmakers. He is a talented guard with good instincts on both ends of the floor. He doesn't have a lot of size but he can get the job done at the lead guard position. He has really good vision and passing skills and knows how to get his teammates involved. When it comes to Garrett, the offense is his to control, and the tempo is his to set. He showed his long-ball prowess on the biggest stage of the year as his team competed in last year's final four. The Patriots coaching staff is expecting Jaden to continue to provide perimeter scoring for a young team with a year of experience under their belt.
