Obviously, we at Prep Hoops Indiana believe strongly in the events we put on each fall. Between the Freshman Showcase, the Sophomore ID Camp, and The Expo we have events for every age group. However, outside of our events, one Elite Camp that we always promote heavily is the series of camps put on by IU-Indianapolis head coach Paul Corsaro. What set his camps apart from similar ones in the state is that he openly invites, and even promotes, other schools from all levels to attend. On Saturday morning coaches from Franklin, Illinois-Springfield, and Trine were among those in attendance along with obviously the full IU-Indianapolis staff and Prep Hoops Indiana. Let's dive on in and highlight some of the individual standouts from the second Sunday session.

The Evans family has made the move to northern Indiana which has taken this 6'7" wing from Greencastle High School to Penn. Evans is a really intriguing prospect and one that we have been high on here at Prep Hoops Indiana for some time. His combination of size, athleticism, and skill is unique as he can projects as someone who can slide between the 3 and the 4 at the next level. He shot the ball well on Sunday evening at the Paul Corsaro Elite Camp. Look for Evans to make an instant, significant impact at his new school which is loaded right now with young talent.

No stranger to a top performers list, Kalala played his way into his first Division I offer on Sunday evening with how well he played at the Paul Corsaro Elite Camp. The 6'7" forward plays with such a relentless motor which always especially stands out at events like this. Kamala is a big, strong, left-handed center with excellent rebounding ability and high defensive upside. Ranked #22 in the Prep Hoops Indiana Class of 2026, Kalala now holds an offer from IU-Indianapolis.

After two excellent seasons at Mt. Vernon (Fortville) High School, Smith has transferred to Cathedral for his junior season. The highly productive guard has a score-first mentality and can get buckets in bunches. He has continued to improve as a three-point shooter and is now a very consistent threat from beyond the arc. Then, off of the dribble, he still has the same explosiveness and finishing ability that has made him a Top 20 prospect in the Class of 2026.

One of the two Indiana prospects to receive an offer from IU-Indianapolis on Sunday evening, Wells certainly looked the part of a Division I player at the Paul Corsaro Elite Camp. The 6'5" versatile wing is a catch-and-shoot threat from beyond the arc, but is just as impressive off of the dribble attacking closeouts and slashing in from the wings. Wells always impresses as well with his willingness to mix it up on the boards and projects as a switchable defender.

Three point shot after three point shot were falling for this 5'10" guard from Southridge High School at Sunday evening's session of the Paul Corsaro Elite Camp. Small college coaches in attendance were taking notice as Whitehead showed himself as one of the best shooters in the gym. His ability to make jump shots, both from beyond the arc and in the mid-range, really stood out throughout the event.
