[player_tooltip player_id='2499143' first='Kolson' last='Smedley'] was contributing on both ends of the court for his team. On defense, he came away with multiple steals in his games. To go along with that, he played solid on-ball defense. On offense, he showed versatility. He knocked down his free throws, knocked down a three pointer, and had a posterizing dunk. He also had an offensive rebound that led to a putback dunk in transition. There were a couple of times that he scored inside. That sums up his impact, om which all of that is from one game. Flashing good versatility on both ends of the court shows that he is a player with keeping an eye on moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='2499145' first='Austin' last='Johnson'] showed to be a lethal rebounder on both ends of the court. There were multiple times that he grabbed an offensive rebound and put it back in. He showed the ability to pass a little bit, getting some assist. Outside of this, he knocked down his free throws and made a few mid-range jumpers. On defense, he had a couple of blocks and some steals throughout the tournament.

[player_tooltip player_id='2412864' first='Tristan' last='Epp'] showed versatility to his game by contributing in different areas on both ends of the court. In the game that I saw him play, he had a couple of rebounds, a steal, and good on-ball defense. On offense, he flashed a lot of skill. On one play, he had a great drive to get the defense off-balance, before hitting a step back jumper. He showed good court vision, which was evident when he drove around the defender before hitting his cutting teammate for an assist. On another play, he used a crab dribble to get great positioning before finishing over the defender. To go along with that, he showed the ability to finish in transition multiple times and to knock down his free throws consistently.

One thing that stuck out to me about [player_tooltip player_id='2401817' first='Logan' last='Bean'] is his heart and hustle. He hustled more than almost any other player that I saw this tournament. There was one play that he hustled back in transition to prevent the fast break score. Another example of his hustle is that he was diving for loose balls. Time and time again, he came away with a steal. These steals either resulted in him finishing, even through contact, or he would find an open teammate for an assist. He grabbed a couple of rebounds, including one that led to a great play where he pushed the pace, used a spin move, and found a cutting teammate for an assist. Knocking down threes were not a problem for him and neither was playing with confidence. It was a great game and tournament for him.

[player_tooltip player_id='2047672' first='Joe' last='Stieferman'] showed that he can flat out ball. He shoots the ball extremely well and contributes on the defensive end as well. On offense, he lit it up from beyond the arc. To go along with that, he showed the ability to use a nice crossover or hesi move to get by the defender and to finish at the rim. He did this with the foul, in which he was able to knock down the free throws to complete the and-one. Whenever he drove by and did not finish at the rim, he was hitting floaters or runners. On defense, he was playing good perimeter and on-ball defense. Multiple times he came away with steals. Some of these resulted in him finishing in transition. In his last game, he had a heck of a sequence to close the tournament. His team was down three points with six seconds left. He hit a contested three pointer from the corner to tie it. He then came away with a big steal with two seconds left and drew the foul at the buzzer. With no time left on the clock, he knocked down the game-winning free throw. It was a great game and tournament for him, as he showed to be one of the best shooters at the event.
