As the Check Rock League enters its third week of action, we thought today was a suitable time to post a review of the prospects who have impressed us during games from weeks one and two.

Elijah Duval – 6'3” / 2025 / Orangeville Prep (FL) / Atlanta Express UAA / Point Guard: The former Bonner & Prendergast standout is now regarded as a nationally ranked, four-star recruit. After watching him drop 42 points at the Check Rock League last week, it is easy to see why. Duval is an electric, downhill style guard with the ability to score from anywhere on the floor. Since we last saw him, Duval has also added significant muscle to his frame which gives him the option of playing bully ball at times.

Elijah Proctor-Moore – 6'7” / 2025 / St. Andrew's (DE) / We R1 UAA / Wing: With his length, speed, athleticism and hops, Proctor-Moore is a transition phenom who can finish with SportsCenter worthy flushes. As a compliment to his open court skills, Proctor-Moore can stroke threes from the logo, play the dunker spot and work the offensive glass for put-backs. Proctor-Moore's wingspan and lateral quickness make him a plus defensive player too.

[player_tooltip player_id='1608258' first='DeShawn' last='Yates'] – 5'10” / 2026 / Neumann-Goretti / [program_tooltip program_id='2078682' first='K-Low' last='Elite'] / Combo Guard: Yates is one of the elite off the dribble scoring guards in the area. Once a defender sags off him to prevent those attacks on the rim, Yates will unleash his accurate three-point shot. Yates can produce points in a variety of ways, but he is also an underrated distributor. Yates owns a high IQ and fantastic court vision. Those assets often lead to creative dimes that catch opponents by surprise. All these skills were on display during Yates' 21 points and 7 assists performance during Week 1 of the Check Rock League.
