The 2027 class might have only played one season of varsity basketball, but that hasn't stopped them from making an impact on the hardwood, especially in Non-Public A. Here are the 2027 Non-Public A frontcourt prospects to watch.

[player_tooltip player_id='2201945' first='Andrew' last='Kretkowski'], 6'8 SF Rutgers Prep

Kretkowski is the top ranked small forward in the 2027 class and should put his game on display this season. The 6'8 forward attacks the basket with a purpose as he elevates for dunks and can finish through contact. Kretkowski is more than just a slasher as he has a good release on his jumper and can knock down open jumpers from behind the arc. He has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor and skies for rebounds at both ends of the floor. Kretkowski picked up Arizona State and Florida State offers over the past week and should expand his offer sheet over the course of the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2201962' first='Andrew' last='Iduh'], 6'8 PF Hudson Catholic

Iduh transferred into Non-Public A from Group 2 and should make his impact felt on the hardwood. The Arts transfer uses his strong frame to get position down low and has a nice touch down low. Iduh doesn't mind drawing contact down low and moves well without the ball in his hands. He is a force on the boards and holds his ground on the defensive end. Iduh is a physical forward prospect whose ability to control the paint will help his stock in a big way.

[player_tooltip player_id='2344533' first='Chaz' last='Gray'], 6'4 SF St. Joseph (Mont.)

Gray has the ability to play either forward position, which makes him an intriguing prospect to watch in the class. The 6'4 forward has a solid handle, which he uses to get to the and knows how to finish around the basket. Gray is able to draw contact in the paint and rarely forces jumpers in the halfcourt. He slides his feet on the defensive end and works hard on the glass. Gray is a gritty forward prospect who should make his impact felt on both ends of the floor this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2202015' first='Azyris' last='Richmond'], 6'7 PF Camden Catholic

Richmond has had a strong summer and is looking to bring it over into the winter. The 6'7 forward knows how to get open down low and finishes strong above the rim. Richmond sets good screens in the halfcourt and rolls hard to the basket. He uses his length to influence shots around the rim and is tough to keep off the offensive glass. Richmond's ability to make plays at both ends of the floor will help his development in a big way over the next couple of months.

[player_tooltip player_id='2421370' first='David' last='Buley'], 6'8 C CBA

Buley has the potential to breakout this season as he should get more touches on the offensive end. The 6'8 post knows how to get position down low and finishes nicely around the basket. Buley can pass out of the post and has a high release on his free throws. He runs the floor hard and swats shots around the basket. Buley's offensive numbers should rise from his debut varsity season as he should get more shots in the halfcourt.
