<p>The PrepHoops Oregon Freshman Showcase took place on Sunday morning and many of the state's top incoming high school players were at the Beaverton Hoop YMCA for some high-level competition. This week, we take a look at our scouting notes for each individual roster, breaking down this huge crop of talent player-by-player. Here's a look at Team Seven:</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2539800' first='Myles' last='Neal'] (2028 Centennial) </strong>- smaller guard at 5-foot-6 was very active on both ends of the floor. non-stop motor, was always going after the basketball and looking to get his hands on it.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2480945' first='Easton' last='Ford'] (2028 North Bend)</strong> - guard with strong physique at 5-foot-9 that looked to make plays with the ball. good ball-handler, was able to create space off the dribble and get into the lane. nice looking jumper and sought to create for others as much as for himself.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2388707' first='Jamarian' last='Hurley'] (2028 Aloha) </strong>- decent size and athleticism at 5-foot-11 for a guard/wing. used length to disrupt opposing ball-handlers with his on-the-ball defense. showed some ranginess around the basket with some finishes as well.</p>

<p><strong>Laam Sang SB Tuan (2028 Centennial)</strong> - combo guard at 5-foot-9, made the most out of the opportunities he received. solid looking shot with range, was able to hit a couple of mid-range jumpers and an open three in the action we watched. showed confidence as a ball-handler under pressure.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2539796' first='Matthew' last='Patzer'] (2028 North Marion)</strong> - didn't get many opportunities with the basketball but played good team basketball. showed off a good motor with his on-the-ball defense and battled for rebounds and loose balls. was unselfish and looked to set up others.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2539772' first='DJ' last='Mathews'] (2028 Tualatin)</strong> - rangy combo guard at 5-foot-11 that showed good aggressiveness on the offensive end. looked to slash to the basket and had a handful of crafty finishes around the hoop. active defender who disrupted the passing lanes.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2539773' first='Dreison' last='Malu Niko'] (2028 Benson)</strong> - very strong and muscular build at 6-foot-2 which made him extremely difficult to match up with. essentialy went beast mode and was near unstoppable going to the basket and easily either drew or finished through contact. showed finesse with a nice touch on his face-up jumper and was money at the free throw line.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2539764' first='Brandon' last='Campbell'] (2028 Benson)</strong> - didn't get a lot of opportunities with shot attempts, but played hard. looked to make the extra pass and contributed as a team defender.</p>
