Over the weekend PHI was at the UAA Finals in Chicago checking out top talent from around the country including in-state prospects. Here we examine those prospects in UAA Finals: Illinois 2025 Prospects!

[player_tooltip player_id='1385299' first='Ian' last='Miletic'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2078448' first='Illinois' last='Wolves'])

Miletic is a skilled small forward who has already made his commitment to Marquette. Shaka Smart and his staff were on hand all weekend to see their future wing play. There were definitely flashes of big time play from the Rolling Meadows point-forward. It was his jumper that was the biggest strength of his game over the weekend. The lefty has a sweet stroke with three ball off the catch and pull up baseline jumpers. Flashed off the bounce with sweeping layups and some grit overall.

[player_tooltip player_id='1545117' first='Nick' last='Allen'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2078448' first='Illinois' last='Wolves'])

Allen is a five man from Bradley Bourbonnais who played the best game of his high school career we have seen him on Saturday afternoon. He scored 31 points against Team Curry in a dominant performance putting the Wolves on his back for the win. The state's top center played like it scoring on the offensive glass with multiple put backs, showing sound footwork along with touch on his post moves, and finishing out of the dunker spot. Good uses of angles and was aggressive as we have ever evaluated him. Looked like a legit mid-major post.

[player_tooltip player_id='1545120' first='Marcos' last='Gonzales'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2078448' first='Illinois' last='Wolves'])

Gonzales was rock solid over the weekend. The Brother Rice wing is a two guard that has nice strength and size. Plays well off the ball with aggressive cuts for buckets at the basket and made some tough mid-range jumpers over the weekend. Shows some natural instincts on the defensive end as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2326960' first='Tyreek' last='Coleman'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2078448' first='Illinois' last='Wolves'])

Coleman is a point guard that has emerged as one of the top lead guards in the class. The quickness and athleticism he brings are his strength. Lightning with the ball in his hands getting in the teeth of the defense. Changes gears well, burst with the rock, and finishes with athleticism at the rim. Drive and kick passer along with finding his big men inside. Capable three point shooter especially off the catch. Mid-majors are really pursuing him!

[player_tooltip player_id='1385298' first='Bradley' last='Longcor'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2078448' first='Illinois' last='Wolves'])

Longcor is a combo guard from Quincy that has committed to Santa Clara. The guard is very skilled and crafty with the ball in his hands. Soft touch finishing game with floaters consistently along with mid-range jumpers and threes.

[player_tooltip player_id='1568153' first='Sam' last='Donald'] (Gateway)

Donald is a Columbia small forward that has already given his commitment to Bellarmine. Plus shot maker on the wing that can make threes at a nice clip. More than just a sharp shooter he is a good athlete that scored on a nice jump stop in the lane and got on the offensive glass for a put back. Really like what he can do at the next level as a spot up shooter that should evolve as his career goes along.

[player_tooltip player_id='1766464' first='Anton' last='Strelnikov'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''])

This Lake Zurich center was fantastic at the Ridgewood Shootout at the end of June giving himself helium heading into July. When we saw him on Saturday we saw more of the same things that we liked last month. Strong bodied five that has an old school game. Seals on the block, spin moves, and hook shots. So crafty and garners deep post position on a regular basis.

[player_tooltip player_id='2105179' first='Grant' last='Best'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''])

Best is a well rounded wing from Mt. Carmel that is a sound spot up shooter that is a good connector. He does the little things well with his strength and athleticism on the wing. Sweeping layups and athletic takes off the bounce for scores. Solid secondary passer.

[player_tooltip player_id='1564889' first='Aidan' last='Bardic'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''])

Bardic was the guy that [program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''] wanted the ball in his hands late to make key decisions or take the big shot. The lefty Stevenson lead guard is super crafty with the rock. He is a plus mid-range shooter that loves to get in that area pulling up for shots. Tough kid that makes sound decisions with the ball in his hands.

[player_tooltip player_id='2538898' first='Jack' last='Weigus'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''])

Weigus is a Hinsdale South 6'3” shooting guard that can really knock down shots. That was shown early in their game on Saturday where he hit a barrage of shots from deep.

[player_tooltip player_id='1766470' first='Alex' last='Gossett'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''])

Gossett is an OPRF forward that is super bouncy. That was evident when we saw him over the weekend as he scored all of his points getting on the offensive glass for tip ins and put backs. Crashes the offensive glass extremely hard with his plus athleticism.
