Recent Grassroots Stars – 2025 Part 2

In all honesty, he probably hasn't gotten the praise that he deserves. The [program_tooltip program_id='2078459' first='Michigan' last='Playmakers'] have been excellent all spring and summer and Herron has been a huge part of that. He works hard off the ball and can be a primary ball handler as well. He once again starred and turned heads at the Peach Jam. McKenney shines as a part of [program_tooltip program_id='2077030' first='The' last='Family']'s elite backcourt. He had 2 point and rebound double-doubles, going off for 28 and 10 and 27 and 12. He was a defensive anchor in the interior for his REAL team. McCrum effectively defended the rim and challenged, altered or blocked shots on a consistent basis. Probably without the fanfare that he deserves. Well, here is some of that recognition that he's earned. Nellett has been a very effective and efficient scorer off the wing for InspireU. There was 1 thing in particular that stood out to me. We all know that James is an elite 3 point shooter. He can fill it up and did just that some this past weekend. But it was his ability to find teammates, distribute and put his teammates in scoring positions that really caught my eye. James showed a diversification of his game and proved that he's not just a shooter.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
