The 2024 Phenom Summer Havoc was held in Bermuda Run, North Carolina this weekend giving the chance for some of the top Grassroots programs in the Carolinas to play in front of College Coaches for the final time this Summer. Several prospects from the Palmetto State took advantage of this opportunity including these five 2025s who stood out to me on Saturday. Check them out below:

[player_tooltip player_id='2346058' first='Braylen' last='Silver'] leads off my first list of 2025 Standouts from the Phenom Summer Havoc after a great shooting performance in [program_tooltip program_id='2415221' first='Upward' last='Stars Upstate']'s OT Win. Silver is one of the most underrated pure shooters in South Carolina's 2025 Class. He started 4-4 from behind the arc but began to do more after the shots dried up. In particular, Braylen made some key plays on the defensive end with smart rotations and blocked 2 shots late. He will also crash the board and can push the pace effectively.

Austin is the #1 Big for [program_tooltip program_id='2415221' first='Upward' last='Stars Upstate'] and had a nice showing despite a slow start. He had some struggles finishing around the rim on his first few attempts but bounced back with flashes of dominance in the second half en route to a 20-Point 15-Rebound Double-Double. One thing that will never lessen with AJ is his motor. He works extremely hard on both ends of the floor possession after possession and impacts winning due to that attribute. Austin is also strong and athletic which helps him on the glass on both ends of the floor and with rim protection. One of AJ's go-to moves on the offensive end is a spin move which he uses to get around his matchup on the drive or out of the post.

I am a big fan of Rhett's game because he does a little bit of everything and plays with a competitive edge. I would project him as a high-floor prospect because of his versatility on both ends of the floor. He is a terrific passer who can be trusted to find cutters from the perimeter, out of the post, and even on a dribble drive. Warga also has a physical frame that can guard bigs on the defensive end and will work on the glass. In [program_tooltip program_id='2163938' first='Next' last='Level Elite']'s win over Mint Hill Lakers, Rhett put up 14 Points, 7 Rebounds, 6 Assists, 2 Steals, and 1 Block, truly showing his effectiveness in several different categories.

Duck is another one of [program_tooltip program_id='2163938' first='Next' last='Level Elite']'s 2025s who stood out in Bermuda Run. He was a product of some of Warga's passing, making hard cuts to the basket and finishing through contact at the rim. Bryson is a good playmaker in the half-court but excels in the open floor when he can get his defender in retreat. Although he is not the biggest of Guards, Duck showed great creativity, strength, and even sneaky bounce when scoring in the paint. In the matchup with the Lakers, Bryson racked up 14 Points.

[player_tooltip player_id='2090536' first='TJ' last='Lewis'] had yet another terrific weekend and cemented himself as one of South Carolina's best this summer in [program_tooltip program_id='2078724' first='Carolina' last='Pressure']'s final tournament of the season. He averaged 25 Points Per Game across his team's 4-0 showing at the Phenom Summer Havoc. In the game I watched on Saturday, Lewis went for 28 Points including 5 3PM. He is the prototype of a next-level wing due to his above-average size, length, athleticism, shooting, and on-ball defense. TJ can also create for himself in transition with his ability to finish at the rim or in the half-court with a strong pull-up game and good vision when the defense rotates to him. Lewis's most recent offers are from Roanoke and Lynchburg, and I would be more than surprised if this list doesn't grow before the start of the High School Season this Fall.
