NorCal at Cali-Live Session II

July 13-14 The Cali-Live Summer Session Showcase Session II was played at Momentous Sports Complex. NorCal was there on Saturday only. Here we have more 2025 prospects who stood out while we were there.    One of NorCal's top guards from the Sacramento Area. At 6'3 with a solid body and quality handles he creates his own scoring opportunities, and willingly involves others with quality passing. He's a shot maker with good selection. He has multiple DI offers.       We don't see much of Brear, but when we do he's always productive. He has a an improving skill set, and brings a certain edge to his game, he doesn't mind mixing it up. He works for rebounds on both ends, he'll get tough buckets inside. He's knocking down his open 3's. He's improved his ball handling, passing, and movement along the perimeter.     He's a rising prospect who continues to add pieces to his game. He's making his presence felt in the post with power moves to get points, playing aggressive defense in the paint changing shots and hauling in rebounds. He's running the court, he's added an occasional 3 from the corners, and top. He's a double, double at this level.     Standing 6'3 or 6'4 he can play big guard, or forward. He moves at a good pace. He sees and handles in the open court. He has the body, balance, and handles to get into the paint to get points, paint jumpers, planting and taking it up strong off two feet. He can hit 3's if left open.     He had good activity on the court, moving his feet defending on the perimeter, then helping defend and rebound in the post area. He's playing with some urgency since the last time we saw him. He can get points in the paint working from mid-range to the high post using dribbles, and his body. He'll step out to shoot 3's     He's quality guard from the Fresno Area, long with a good skill set. He's a combo guard with strength and a lengthy body to lock in on the defensive side of the ball. He handles well in open court with good speed and moves to get to the basket.     Standing 6'8 he's a long wiry prospect comfortable playing out on the perimeter. He has decent handles and long strides to get closer to the rim, with improved shooting beyond the 3pt line he could see his stock go up. He has the tools to be a quality defender guarding multiple positions, from perimeter to post. He has the length to rebound and change shots in the paint.
