Vincent Chaudhri
Vincent
Chaudhri
6'8" | SF
Northfield Mount Hermon | 2025
State
New E
(Northfield Mount Hermon, 2025)
Chaudhri was utterly dominant on the floor and was legs above everyone. Comfortable handling the ball, he thrived when being used as the first option for his team. He was knocking down threes off the catch and the dribble, even performing a couple of jab-step treys. He made some slick passes in the half-court while rebounding on the defensive end. Overall, a terrific all-around performance, and one of the best individual showings during the three days.
Mason Blackwood Mason Blackwood 6'5" | SF New Hampton | 2025 State New E (New Hampton, 2025)
Blackwood stood on both sides of the court. Defensively, he was making steals in the passing lanes while punishing teams by taking it the other way for big-time slams. Displaying a strong basketball IQ, he was cutting to the basket for easy layups and always ended up in the right spot to make defenses pay. With the ball, he was getting to the cup while taking on contact and getting to his spots for pull-up or step-back middies. The two-way versatility that he showed was very captivating.
Andrew Urosevic (Northfield Mount Hermon, 2025)
Urosevic is an offensive wizard, playing effectively with or without the basketball. When ball handling, he displayed a strong and tight dribble and used it to get his spots on the court for off-the-bounce three-pointers or mid-range floaters. The confidence poured out of him the entire time, shooting the ball with no hesitation in sight. Off the ball, he was cutting for easy layups and hitting his open threes off the catch. No doubt about it, an absolute bucket!
Ian Plankey Ian Plankey 6'9" | PF Holderness | 2025 State New E (Holderness, 2025)
Plankey was doing everything you wanted from a post-player. On the block, he was finishing strong with a soft touch and making sweet post passes to open shooters. He made multiple emphatic blocks defensively and communicated well with his teammates to set up their defense and get everyone on the same page. He even made some open threes with looked promising with a compact stroke.
Jaden Iannocone (Hamden Hall, 2025)
Iannocone is a strong-bodied shooter and uses his body well on drives. His deep ball shooting-off movement with a picture-perfect form was very pleasant to watch. In addition, he was getting to the rack and using his strength to plow through defenders for effective rim scoring.
