As the AAU season gets ready to wrap up, let's take a look at some wing prospects ending the season strong. These guys provide good size and versatility on both ends of the floor.

Ajayi Simmons Garfield | [program_tooltip program_id='2075477' first='Fuego' last=''] Jets

Simmons had a big game against Hooptown down in Las Vegas. He rebounded at a high rate, blocked numerous shots, and tipped/stole several passes. He was a vocal team defender and played just as well on the offensive end with some soft shooting from 3-point and with his back to the basket on the blocks and in the midrange. He'll stay local and play at Bellevue College next season.

Ethan Burns Juanita | Global Basketball

A new name for me, Burns is a long kid with some good athleticism who continually got to the hoop both in the half and in transition. He was finishing well with both hands, got a little crafty to dodge defenders in the open court and finish around guys at the hoop, and even showed some good feel on some pull-up jumpers. Keep your eye on him with Juanita next season as an under-the-radar senior.

[player_tooltip player_id='1485584' first='Colton' last='Wells'] Freeman | Built4Ball

Wells keeps showing that 3&D potential and continues to look more comfortable making plays with the ball from the outside. He's an excellent athlete with length who blocks a lot of shots and can finish high above the rim on the other end. What really stood out last weekend was his ability to take defenders off the bounce, and his passing from different areas. Whether he was on the perimeter or working the high post, Wells found teammates with different deliveries and showed a well-rounded game over the weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id='1696645' first='Makai' last='Daniels'] North Central | Beauchamp Elite

Daniels has been an interesting prospect with his size and shooting potential but he really looked to take another step forward last weekend. He was stronger off the dribble, showed some moves in the post, strong finishing at the rim, and was fighting hard on the boards. This adds a lot more diversity to his game and he could be a big riser if he continues this into the winter season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1631541' first='Breylon' last='Webb'] O'Dea | Beauchamp Elite

The long wing can play a lot of roles and showed that tantalizing versatility with Beauchamp Elite at Las Vegas Big Time. He can guard inside and out, use his reach to play passing lanes and block shots inside, and guards multiple positions at a high level. He had it going from 3-point, hitting in the corner and from up top and showed some strength to finish through contact inside. Webb also has the ability at 6-foot-7 to take a rebound and push the ball in transition, giving college coaches a lot to look at with this high-potential prospect.
