The states of Rhode Island, Vermont and Maine overall have a great group of talented prospects in the class of 2025. Today, I will be highlighting five names that have impressed me in their junior year! Let's get started!

[player_tooltip player_id='2325882' first='Theo' last='Pow'] is a supremely athletic guard with tons of two-way ability. He can really dunk and has a high and confident bounce both in transition and the half-court. Pow can throw it down after cutting off the catch and uses his speed to pass by closeouts to get to the rim. He is hard to stop one on one. Pow is a decent shooter off the bounce in the mid-range and better on spot-ups from downtown, even if his shot is a little flat at times. Defensively, he has long arms and plays the passing lanes extremely smartly, knowing when and when not to gamble for steals. Pow is an awesome functional athlete who can translate to the college game and should be high on any program's watch list.

[player_tooltip player_id='2459850' first='Abdiel' last='Zapata'] is an offensive machine from the guard position who knows how to score for himself and create for others. Comfortable handling the ball, he can score buckets with turnarounds in the mid-range area and spin moves with off-the-glass finishes. Zapata is confident shooting off the dribble and can pull up any time with ease. He can also space the floor off the catch as well. Zapata has a great understanding of finding the open man and recognizes when double teams come. Tricking defenders with eyes, he usually finds teammates wide open for easy looks. Zapata is also very comfortable running the pick and roll to perfection. This player's offensive juice pops and should be a high priority for programs and coaches.

[player_tooltip player_id='2396778' first='Grant' last='Cieplicki'] is a fiery and intense forward who plays hard on the court at all times. He is a huge competitor on the boards, fighting for both offensive and defensive rebounds with sheer will and strength. Cieplicki would rack up many double-doubles by being hungrier than everyone else on the court. From a scoring standpoint, he can stretch the floor from deep with great form on his jumper. Cieplicki also gets a ton of second-chance buckets from his offensive rebounding, a nice reward. On defense, his intensity plays out with effort steals, and making things happen in big spots. Cieplicki is the type of player coaches would love on their team as the heart and soul of a program and should therefore easily impress.

[player_tooltip player_id='2396750' first='Rex' last='Hauser'] is a shooting guard who combines athletic tools and scoring skills to dominate the court. He has a great leap and can dunk at the rim in the half-court or transition. Hauser can also shoot from all areas of the floor. He will pull up deep from three, make side-step shots from the mid-range, and shoot floaters off the glass with relative ease. Hauser is a good decision-maker and makes solid passes that keep the offense flowing. On defense, he rebounds effectively at the cup while also getting steals with great anticipation skills. Hauser's athleticism and three-level scoring make him a must-have for programs needing a bucket-getter with some bounce to boot.

[player_tooltip player_id='1532431' first='Barrett' last='Loer'] is a big-time scoring option with tons of flash to his game. Athletically, he stands out right away with a huge vertical jump making it functional within gameplay. Loer has a quick first step and uses that to dunk at the rim in the half-court. On the ball, he can shoot from everywhere including from way beyond the arch with a quick shot release. Loer can make things happen through traffic, always getting the ball to the basket with crafty spin moves. Off the ball, he can hit shots off the catch and make smart cuts to finish strong for easy scoring opportunities. Loer is a talented offensive piece and should be very high on the list of programs and coaches needing that extra scoring juice.
