252 Summer Finale: 15U Standouts

Evans was a standout performer once again with NC Invasion as they took home the 15U Gold Championship over [program_tooltip program_id='2077055' first='7th' last='Nation Warriors'] in sudden death overtime. He's been impressive all summer long as he's climbed up the PH radar with his ability to score the ball on all three levels as well as his ability to keep his teammates involved. He put up 20 points in their upset bid of [program_tooltip program_id='2078546' first='Team' last='Trezz'] Chase in the semifinals and followed that up with 30 points in the championship game. He's quite the scoring guard prospect to get to know in North Carolina's 2027 class at Southern Wayne High.       Herring is an electric guard prospect to get to know in North Carolina's 2027 class with [program_tooltip program_id='2077055' first='7th' last='Nation Warriors']. He went off for 32 points in the 15U Championship game, despite the result as he showed off his ability to lead by example in the [program_tooltip program_id='2077055' first='7th' last='Nation Warriors']' backcourt. He's an athletic guard who's shown he can get to his spots off the bounce and finish around the rim in traffic. He's got a bright future ahead of him in the class and has quite the potential to be next up at Kinston High.     Glaspie is a highly-rated name to get to know with [program_tooltip program_id='2077055' first='7th' last='Nation Warriors'] following his performance at the 252 Summer Finale. He showed he could play with and without the ball in his hands. His versatility and athleticism are both hard to find in the current recruiting landscape. He makes the game look easy, especially given his ability to defend the painted area and rim with his length. He's one to keep an eye on in the class out of Carver High as he begins to build his resume in the state of North Carolina.       Brock is a new face to know in the 2027 class out of South Lenoir High as he showcased his skills with [program_tooltip program_id='2078546' first='Team' last='Trezz'] Chase. He showed off his ability to attack the paint and make things happen while also impacting the game as a high-level defender. He did well in spurts to show off his aggression attacking the painted area and took over in spots to lead his team to victory. He really made his presence felt on Day 1 of the 252 Summer Finale with his guard play on both ends of the floor. He's worth tracking over the next few seasons with his skill set.     Williams is another new face to get to know with NC Invasion on the PH platform out of CB Aycock High. He's a scrappy guard who's shown he can get hot in a hurry from anywhere on the floor and be a pest defensively. He did well to work off of [player_tooltip player_id='2390552' first='Kairell' last='Evans'] in the NC Invasion backcourt to get them to success throughout the event. He's yet another name to track in the class given his talents and exploits in the backcourt. He does a lot more than just score the ball to make his presence felt.     Johnson was another standout name with [program_tooltip program_id='2078546' first='Team' last='Trezz'] Chase as he showcased his ability to make an impact on the hardwood. He showed he could operate inside and out with his ability to battle in the paint, clean up the glass and defend the basketball. He showed he could hold his own with his versatility on the hardwood at 6-foot-3 as a wing/forward prospect in the 2027 class. He's got a bright future ahead of him in the 2027 class with Farmville Central.
