Jonathan Ocasio Jonathan Ocasio 6'0" | CG Deerfield Academy | 2026 State New E is a point guard who can create shots for himself. Shooting off the dribble from mid-range and three is no problem, easily getting to his spots on the court and drilling his attempts through the net. Ocasio is creative in his shotmaking by taking step-backs in the corners or pull-ups in transition. He is also quick on his drives and contains a tight handle, blazing by defenders and finishing at the rim. Ocasio leverages his scoring well with great passing instincts on the move. He finds teammates with bounce passes through traffic and whip-around passes to the perimeter for open shots. Ocasio’s dangerous scoring and shotmaking make him unstoppable at times and should be a high priority for programs and coaches needing a lead guard.
Peter Kumar
Peter Kumar
Peter Kumar is a lights-out shooter who can catch fire in an instant. With supreme mechanics, he is adept at knocking down shots off the catch with great balance at all times. Kumar’s balance is so good, he can take on contact and get blatantly fouled and still hit his shots. His balance also shows up on his drives to the bucket, taking on contact well in this aspect of the game too. Kumar is a terrific on-ball defender, always in a competitive stance and picking opponents’ pockets with long arms and quick hands. He is also a willing passer and makes the right decisions with the ball. Kumar’s outside shooting is menacing in any setting and would be a huge pick-up for a college program down the line.
LJ Reddicks LJ Reddicks 6'4" | SG Milton Academy | 2026 State New E is a two-guard who has the right tools to blossom into the ideal three-and-D player that most college programs covet. He can stretch the floor from deep and is great off the catch. Reddicks is a terrific mover without the ball, getting to his spots with timely cuts and drives to the cup. In transition, he has very good athleticism and throws down some heavy dunks in the open court. With the ball, Reddicks makes the right passes which usually result in positive outcomes. Defensively, he competes hard and some additional body work development will make him even better on that end. Reddicks has the right skills to make himself highly craved by coaches if he continues on his current trajectory.
Owen Haglund Owen Haglund 6'3" | SG Brimmer & May | 2026 State New E is a shooting guard with a lot of scoring versatility to his game. He has some surprising burst and speed on his drives and finishes confidently at the rim in the half-court. In the full court, Haglund has some developing bounce and is not afraid to throw it down occasionally. He can shoot it from deep and is terrific off the catch, especially in the corners where he thrives. Haglund can be a presence on the boards too, leaping over opponents and grabbing rebounds on the offensive and defensive end. He also has shown signs of weakside rim protection as well. Haglund’s solid overall game with some additional years for improvement to take into account, shows how enticing of a player for coaches he is and can be.
Trokon Harris Trokon Harris 6'1" | PG Brooks School | 2026 State New E is a facilitating point guard with a great feel for the game. He already makes great reads out of the pick-and-roll and finds teammates with either hand with some speedy velocity on his pass attempts. Harris is fast and accelerates in no time, getting easy looks at the rim by evading defenders without much effort. He is also a creative finisher at the cup, attempting up and under shots and manipulating the ball off the glass effectively. While Harris’ jumper is a work in progress, his base is solid and has shown steady improvement already. Defensively, he is a pest on the ball and his athleticism shows well on that end. Harris is the type of player whose high IQ will get him far and should be heavily pursued in the coming years.
