Shane’s Ohio State Tournament Sunday Standouts

His shooting was unbelievable. He was hot and once the ball went in it was tough to stop him. He was hitting shots off the move, off the dribble, and however you can think. He was also making shots from wherever on the floor. He has what you want from him athletically. He has a great and solid build. He is a good finisher and attacks the rim aggressively when he takes it to the rim. He has a nice and smooth shot. He has everything you want from a guard. That is no different with the Phenom United 16U Gold team Martin plays for. He is a very fast player with quick hands. He has great anticipation and has multiple steals. He shares the ball well and makes sure everyone gets theirs. He is an ultra-aggressive player that shoots and scores the ball at a high volume. He is great at changing direction and having the defender flip their hips. He is always attacking the top foot. He is a coach's dream in the point guard position. He is a smaller player but he plays much bigger. He gives 100% every minute he is on the floor. He is a great leader and an excellent communicator. He plays with a ton of passion and energy. He has the ball on the string and controls the pace of the game. I like his quick first step that blows by the defense. He has a great change of speed that leaves defenders in the dust.
