[player_tooltip player_id='1545134' first='Jack' last='Duffer'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''] 17U)

Duffer is a combo guard from Rolling Meadows that we have been fans of for a while. The lefty is a plus shooter that can really make shots off the catch especially from the corners. Plays with good pace and feel in the half court. Like the improved vision and passing especially in the drive and kick game.

[player_tooltip player_id='2423490' first='Gavin' last='Szerlong'] (M14 National 2 17U)

Szerlong is a 6'1” combo guard from St. Charles East that really shot it well over the weekend. In the game we saw the gritty combo poured in three triples giving his team momentum helping them get the win.

[player_tooltip player_id='2405860' first='Tre' last='Pearson'] (All-In Athletics Mitchem 17U)

Pearson is a smaller guard at only 5'9”, but has such a smooth game. Shake off the bounce with his shifty handles. Scored in the lane with scoop shots and hit a couple three balls. Solid passer as well. Should be a solid contributor for Stevenson this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2432726' first='Dillon' last='Dell'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2075386' first='Chicago' last='Lockdown'] 17U)

Dell is a wing that can really shoot it. Good build at 6'3” and the Hinsdale Central two guard was feeling it from distance against one dream draining four triples in the first half with a clean release.

[player_tooltip player_id='1598786' first='Willie' last='Felton'] (1 Dream 17U)

Felton was a breakout star for 1 Dream. The Bishop MacNamara 6'1” point guard was outstanding using his athleticism getting in the lane for scores and acrobatic finishes. Consistently won off the dribble and also was an excellent decision maker as a passer. Made dishes with flair and feel in the half court. Look for him to make a nice debut in our next rankings update!

[player_tooltip player_id='2387669' first='Josh' last='Stone'] (Illinois T-Wolves 17U)

Stone is a Plainfield East 6'0” combo guard that has had a strong spring each time we have seen him. Plus shot maker that can really let it fly from beyond the arc. Hit multiple threes and mid-range jumpers in their Sunday morning win. Also active on the defensive end with several swipes which he took the other way for scores.

[player_tooltip player_id='2433262' first='Justin' last='Ray'] (Illinois Ignite Jarrett 17U)

The 5'10” Palatine guard is a good ball handler that can get in the lane where he finishes tough layups along with runners.

[player_tooltip player_id='2433605' first='Miles' last='Johnson'] (LVL 17U)

Johnson is a point guard from Francis Parker that can shoot it from beyond the arc. Solid decision maker that should find a home at the small college level.

[player_tooltip player_id='2433607' first='Brayden' last='Rosenkrantz'] (LVL 17U)

Smaller scoring guard that can shoot it from beyond the arc. He made three triples in the game we saw. Also had some nifty passing including a nice wrap around dish.

[player_tooltip player_id='2444443' first='Max' last='Justic'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2414566' first='Mike' last='Glennon Elite'] 17U)

Justic was very good in their Sunday afternoon game. The Brother Rice lead guard is a lefty that can make shots along with being a good passer in the half court. Also got to the line at a solid rate.

[player_tooltip player_id='2321459' first='Tristian' last='Saunders'] (Flight Athletics 17U)

Saunders put up multiple big scoring games throughout the weekend. He was solid in the game we saw to close out the weekend on Sunday. Long and wiry 6'3” combo with good athleticism and projectability. Crisp ball handler that has burst with the rock in his hands. Smooth in the open floor with his ability to go coast to coast. Creative finisher in the lane.

[player_tooltip player_id='2399479' first='Brilan' last='Townsend'] (Flight Athletics 17U)

Townsend is a Joliet West 6'0” point guard that is a lefty who lived in the lane. He attacked with purpose and got to the charity stripe scoring through defenders for and-1s. Willed his way to points in their win.
