Expert Analysis
Joshua Burish | Prep Hoops Scout
The combo guard from Lane brings energy and intensity off the bench for the Champions, making an impact whenever he’s on the floor. Rosenkrantz is swift off the ball, using his speed to breeze past defenders and finish with quick layups. On the defensive end, his hustle shines—he’s quick on his feet, good at jumping passing lanes, and has a knack for diving on loose balls. An experienced senior, he’s an asset to Lane’s reputable program, though there’s room for growth, particularly in building physical strength and refining his overall game. With his energy, speed, and defensive tenacity, Rosenkrantz could be a solid prospect for junior colleges looking for a high-effort player who can contribute on both ends of the court.

As a senior shooting guard, Rosenkrantz brings a reliable outside shot that will be a key weapon for the Champions’ offense. Known for his ability to heat up quickly, he can score in bunches from beyond the arc. In addition to his scoring, Rosenkrantz is an effective distributor, showing unselfishness in creating opportunities for his teammates.
Though he may fly under the radar, his shooting ability and playmaking skills should not be overlooked this season, making him a valuable asset for the team.

Brayden came out looking to set the tone early with his defense for LVL Basketball. The scrappy point guard was picking up full-court from the very first possession, and working hard to turn the opposing point guard and make it difficult for him to initiate his team’s offense. Even if he wasn’t the one poking the ball free, his constant pressure on the ball helped force some errors that allowed his team to pick up stops consistently. Offensively he’s a pass first player who was always looking to find an open man, and did a nice job of passing the ball ahead in transition.

Rosenkrantz scored 15 points while connecting on three three-point shots to help lead LVL Basketball 2025 to an easy 69-41 blowout victory to start the weekend off right against OPS – Evans 2025. The athletic guard sliced his way to the basket off of the bounce and finished against size when he wasn’t shooting it in from deep. Impressive performance for the Lane Tech prospect.
