<p>Another excellent weekend of basketball is officially in the books as the annual Havoc in the Heartland has come to a close. Some of the best competition from around the Midwest, and beyond, descended on Fishers High School, the Noblesville Boys & Girls Club, and the National Sports Arena for a weekend full of basketball.
