[player_tooltip player_id='1624507' first='Jacob' last='Epstein'], [program_tooltip program_id='2362747' first='Oregon' last='Premier'] (2025 Westview)

Great all-around play from Epstein on Sunday for [program_tooltip program_id='2362747' first='Oregon' last='Premier']. The rising senior from Westview simply let the game come to him and was able to be incredibly effective despite not forcing the issue. He was solid with his outside jumper, created off the bounce, and showed great hustle with his on-ball defense that led to a number of turnovers.

Mehki Muhammad, Oregon Prospects North (2025 Grant)

On a team filled with seniors, it was rising senior Muhammad that really made an impression on Sunday for the Oregon Prospects North squad. He was extremely aggressive in getting to the basket for a number of scores, but was also sharp with his outside shot going out past the three-point line. The rising Grant senior showed good motor on the defensive end, utilizing his length to get a number of steals.

[player_tooltip player_id='2205010' first='Zach' last='Pippin'], [program_tooltip program_id='2362747' first='Oregon' last='Premier'] (2025 Valley Catholic)

In [program_tooltip program_id='2362747' first='Oregon' last='Premier']'s opening bracket win on Sunday morning, Pippin did a tremendous job getting the team into transition. Whether it was off the defensive rebound or a steal, his first instinct was to look up and find a teammate streaking to the basket and hit him with the perfect outlet pass. He made strong drives to the hole to dish out to open shooters and also ended up getting some buckets of his own.

[player_tooltip player_id='1113084' first='Quincy' last='Townsend'], Oregon Prospects South (2024 Mountain View)

Suiting up one last time for the Oregon Prospects South team was Townsend, mainly as it gave him an opportunity to play for one of his future coaches at OIT, Prospects South coach Mitch Fink. The Mountain View senior showed good balance with his scoring and passing, fitting right in with a number of guys he was playing with for the very first time.

[player_tooltip player_id='1951856' first='Jaxon' last='Lawson'], Tru North Elite (2026 Canby)

Tru North Elite advanced to the Final Four of the 17U Atlantic Division and a lot of it had to do with the play of Lawson at the point. The rising Canby junior played some hard nosed basketball, using his improved strength to constantly attack the basket. He was near unstoppable for defenders to contain as he created for himself and others.

[player_tooltip player_id='1582935' first='Jemel' last='Baker'], Tru North Elite (2026 Roosevelt)

Baker has been fitting in well with his future high school teammates with Tru North Elite and on Sunday, he was really making things happen with his relentless attacking of the hoop where he utilized his length and athleticism to make all sorts of plays around the rim. Where the rising junior also made a real impact is with the way he really hits the offensive glass, which led to several second chance opportunities and putbacks.
