Continue ReadingWith the spring portion of the AAU season about to wrap up, we now turn our focus to the summer which is the time we see the high school action get back underway. Multiple high school events will be taking place in the summer months including the IBCA Top 100 workout, the Charlie Hughes Showcase, plus multiple summer leagues. Prep Hoops Indiana will be out in full force all month watching multiple high schools prospects across the board. Let’s go ahead and take a look at four 2027s that are on my watch list for the summer. This is Part 5 of 5 2027 watch lists.
Kenneth Lampley Kenneth Lampley 6’6″ | SF Tindley | 2027 State IN makes a legit case as the best overall player in the Indiana high school class of 2027. He already has so much maturity with his body frame and at 6’6, Lampley is long and physically athletic. He has been one of the bright sports for Indiana Elite 3SSB 2027. There is a reason why high major programs have already started to take notice of him.
We have already talked about one 2027 backcourt prospect out of Fishers in this series however, now it is time to talk about the other one. Jason Gardner Jason Gardner WG IN may have the most upside out of any player in the Indiana high school class of 2027 and already has a Class 4A Championship ring to go with. He is incredibly quick end-to-end, has high-level shiftiness in the half court, and is also a knock down shooter. He has been a stud on Indiana Elite 3SSB 2027, and should be one to watch this summer.
Devin Bolden Devin Bolden 6’6″ | PF Cardinal Ritter | 2027 State IN is a 6’6 power forward with a just a ton of potential. He has a massive body in the post on both ends of the floor with soft touch on offense and force on the defensive end. Skilled big with a lot of upside.
Highlights
This 6’4 wing is a player that has a lot of intriguing tools to work with.

Homestead | 2027
IN
, who attends Homestead, can shoot is very well from behind the arc and is a legit pick-and-pop threat. He already got really good varsity experience for Homestead last season and should see his role increase even more. Under-the-radar right now, but not for long.
