Multiple high school events will be taking place in the summer months including the IBCA Top 100 workout, the Charlie Hughes Showcase, plus multiple summer leagues. Prep Hoops Indiana will be out in full force all month watching multiple high schools prospects across the board. Let’s go ahead and take a look at four 2026 SFs that are on my watch list for the summer.
If you are arguably the best overall wing prospect in the Indiana high school class of 2026, you will always find a spot on my watch list. E.J. Hazelett E.J. Hazelett 6’7″ | SF Franklin Central | 2026 State IN is one of the more high upside prospects in the state of Indiana and brings so much bounce and athleticism when on the floor. As far as a long-term upside, the 6’7 wing sits at the top there with his ability to shoot the ball very well from the perimeter and play with such fluidity. Schools from Indiana, Purdue, Ohio State, Indiana State, Notre Dame, and many others are already pursing him and it won’t be long before other schools do as well.

I have been a huge fan since the first time I Dikembe Shaw Dikembe Shaw 6’6″ | SF Crown Point | 2026 State IN and still believe that has all the tools to be division one prospect. While he is raw in some areas of the game, he is one of the stronger wings in the 2026 class and has the versatility to play on the wing and around the rim. He has all the potential to be one of the best breakout prospects in the Indiana class of 2026. Still needs to get more athletic and play with more bounce, but he is going to be pushing as a top 10 prospect in the in-state class of 2026 before it is over with.
Plain and simple, there may not be a better pure scoring wing in the 2026 Indiana high school class than Aldridge Jr. He is a strong, left-handed wing that comes from the great high school program of Cathedral and has been running with Craig Porter Elite – Aldridge this summer and has had big scoring outputs after big scoring outputs. There is probably not an ore physical wing as well because this player loves to play through contact and do it with a high motor as well. He is another wing that I feel could be a top ten prospect in the in-state 2026 class before too long.

The most under-the-radar prospect in this watch list is the 6’4 wing out of Shelbyville High School, Mar Nicholson Mar Nicholson 6’4″ | SF Shelbyville | 2026 State IN . Nicholson is one of the more versatile wings you will see in this class and is a force off of the dribble and around rim. He runs with All In Sports Academy 2026 and has had a pretty impressive AAU season thus far, which I think is going to translate into the summer. Do not be shock to see him be a big breakout candidate sooner than later.
