He uses his size and strength to hold off defenders while dribbling. Between tracking down loose balls and cutting to set up himself and his teammates, he continually made winning plays and showed off his high motor. His 6'2 with long arms build enables him to get to his spots on offense along with guard bigger guys on defense. I was most impressed with his shot selection, if he didn't have an open look, Mason made easy reads instead of forcing. Offensively, he is a great passer and mover off the ball with the ability to hit an open jumper. On defense, his quickness and footwork allows him to be able to stay in front of anyone. I was most impressed by his overall basketball IQ, things like cutting off the ball and being a great communicator on the floor.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
