The state of New Hampshire overall has a great group of talented prospects in the class of 2026. Today, I will be highlighting five names that have impressed me in their sophomore year! Let's get started!

[player_tooltip player_id='2341404' first='Chad' last='Cook'] is a powerful forward who is best effective inside the paint. With burly legs and a big chest, he bullies mismatches on the interior and scores layups with ease. Cook always fights for offensive rebounds and is a putback master with a soft touch. That soft touch rears its head with floaters and push shots as well which diversify his offensive arsenal. Cook can also step outside and knock down a three-pointer if needed. Defensively, his size and strength advantages help him body up opponents and he moves his feet better than you'd expect. Cook has also shown some recovery ability on block attempts. With improved conditioning in the coming years, Cook could be a useful addition to a college program that can translate to college ball right away.

[player_tooltip player_id='2341319' first='Nicolas' last='Mitrovic'] is a projectable forward prospect with tons of potential. Long and lanky, he has real skills as a shot blocker in the paint. Mitrovic moves his feet stupendously for his size and his long arms affect shots. His long arms and defensive instincts also force opposing teams to think twice and possessions have to be reset. Mitrovic's main ability on the offensive end is as the roll man. He can jump over defenders and throw it down on the rim. Mitrovic can also stretch the floor from deep with a solid-looking jumper. In transition, he is a smooth operator with the ball and looks comfortable taking it coast to coast. While still a little raw, Mitrovic's upside is very scary and will be a priority target for college programs.

[player_tooltip player_id='2341425' first='Jayvian' last='Cruz'] is a shifty lefty ball handler with offensive juice. Quick and agile, he can fly to the rim with ease scoring easily at the cup. Cruz can get through traffic with crazy moves and spins and always seems to create space out of nowhere. He is a creative finisher, who can manipulate his body and the ball to perfection. Cruz is also an effective and confident shooter off the bounce and loves to shoot pull-up middies and threes in the half-court. On the passing front, he can whip passes to the corners and make quick reads. Cruz's electric offense should make him incredibly enticing for programs and coaches needing a bonafide spark plug.

[player_tooltip player_id='2465143' first='Jamal' last='Stanley'] is a pesky guard who plays with a high intelligence level. Defensively is where he stands out, with his off-ball interceptions and exceptional footwork guarding on the ball. Stanley can hold his own in the paint with his long arms and has had some outstanding blocks on bigger and stronger opponents. Offensively, he has shown some interesting passing flashes and always seems to make the right decision playing within himself. Stanley loves to take on contact and finish in transition, even with an underdeveloped frame which shows how tough he is. Even so, he needs to get stronger and work on getting a quicker release on his jumper. But from what Stanley has produced so far, I think in time he could be a scary two-way piece that coaches will want on their teams.

[player_tooltip player_id='2341409' first='Brode' last='Frink'] is an offensive wing who can do a little bit of everything. He is a threat from the three-point line and is awesome off the catch. Frink can also run off screens and shoot with confidence. Inside the arch, he can score with floaters and turn around mid-range shots to get buckets. Frink's ability to fake defenders and create shots from thin air in the middle of the court is very impressive. In transition, he plays with pace and always gets to his spots on the floor. Defensively, Frink keeps his head on a swivel and times his steals very well. The combination of floor spacing and mid-court creation gives him an interesting mix that programs and coaches should covet in the future.
