Frankie Hoynowski Frankie Hoynowski 5'9" | PG College Achieve | 2027 State NJ , 5’9 College Achieve
Hoynowksi is primed to have a big spring with his ability to impact the game at both ends of the floor. The 5’9 guard plays with poise on the ball as he doesn’t get rattled by on-ball pressure and gets to his spot on the floor. Hoynowski finishes nicely around the basket and sets his feet before he shoots. He is a good on-ball defender as he makes it hard for his man to get to his spot on the floor. Hoynowski is a gritty guard prospect whose ability to make plays at both ends of the floor will help his game in a big way this spring.
Amare Walker Amare Walker 5'11" | PG Donovan Catholic | 2027 State NJ , 5’11 Donovan Catholic
Walker had a solid debut varsity season and is looking to carry it over into the spring. The 5’11 guard has a nice release on his jumper and sets his feet before he shoots. Walker is more than just a shooter as he can also put the ball on the floor and finish around the basket. He moves well without the ball in his hands and is a tough on-ball defender. Walker’s ability to stretch the floor is something that will be key for him throughout the spring.
Hazaiah Barbour Hazaiah Barbour 5'9" | PG Arts | 2027 State NJ , 5’9 Arts
Barbour is slated to have a big spring as he can operate more with the ball in his hands. The 5’9 guard has a nice handle, which he uses to get by his defender off the bounce. Barbour finishes in a variety of ways around the rim and can also knock down open jumpers on the perimeter. He plays with good floor vision and is an underrated defender. Barbour is a play-making guard prospect who will be one to watch over the next couple of months.
Nolan Gong Nolan Gong 5'10" | PG Marlboro | 2027 State NJ , 5’10 Marlboro
Gong had a solid debut varsity season and should carry over that success into the spring. The 5’10 guard has a clean shooting stroke as he wastes little motion and can knock down triples in bunches. Gong moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for open layups and jumpers in the halfcourt. He can also get to the rim off the dribble and gets deflections on defense. Gong is a sharpshooting guard prospect who should torch the nets from distance this spring and summer.
Joe Farino Joe Farino 5'8" | PG Manalapan | 2027 State NJ , 5’8 Manalapan
Farino made a big impact in his debut varsity season and is looking to build upon it this spring. The 5’8 guard has a smooth release on his jumper and his range starts once he crosses halfcourt. Farino has an underrated handle as he can also get into the paint off the dribble. He moves well without the ball in his hand and plays with decent instincts on the defensive end. Farino should continue to stretch the floor from distance this spring if he’s given space behind the arc.
