Continue ReadingElite prospects from southeastern Pennsylvania (and beyond) have begun the annual ritual of transferring high schools. With the NCAA transfer portal jamming up high school recruiting, we expect there will be a host of extremely talented players who switch schools this spring / summer. Many of them will reclass into a later graduate year.
At Prephoops.com we will do our best to track all the player movements and pass that information on to our readers.
Below is the second installment in our Transfer Watch 2024 series.
Ashley Bradley – 6’0″ / 2026 / Perkiomen School / Unity Legends / Combo Guard: This 1st Team All-UCC selection is departing Oratory Prep in New Jersey, transferring to Perkiomen School and reclassing into the Class of 2026. During the 2023-24 season Bradley posted 13 points per game. He registered multiple 20-point games including a season high 24 points (1 three) against Union. Bradley is a lefty who simply destroys opposing defenses off the bounce, especially in the open court.
Abdrahaman Coulibaly Abdrahaman Coulibaly 6'3" | SF West Philadelphia | 2024 State PA – 6’3″ / 2025 / Avon Old Farms (CT) / BW Elite / Wing: During his stock rising senior season at West Philly, Coulibaly averaged 18.9 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists per game. That incredible stat line landed Coulibaly on the 1st Team All-PPL list. Coulibaly is a difficult defensive assignment because he is a long and fast prospect with significant skills. He thrives in transition and can finish with authority. In the half-court his feathery jump shot is a weapon that must be respected. Coulibaly will take a post graduate year at Avon Old Farms in Connecticut.
Eric Tati Eric Tati 6'7" | PF Academy Of The New Church | 2026 State PA – 6’6″ / 2027 / Academy of New Church / Kingdom Select NXT / Small Forward: In 2023-24 Tati had a reserve role on Central York’s 2023-24 6A state championship team. Last week Tati announced he is transferring to ANC and reclassing into the 2027 graduation year. Tati’s size, athleticism and instincts should make him a high value addition for ANC. Tati can score in the open court as well as by attacking the rim from the elbows. Plus, Tati can work the offensive board for second chance opportunities.
**In addition to the above transfer moves, word on the street is that two other standout 2024 prospects from southeastern Pennsylvania — John Mobley John Mobley 6'2" | SG Lower Merion | 2024 State PA and Jalen Harper Jalen Harper 6'4" | PG St. Joseph’s Prep | 2024 State PA — could be headed to prep school for a post graduate year.
Mobley is an athletic combo guard who can score at every level. In 2023-24 he averaged 14 points per game, was a 1st Team All-Central League selection and helped lead Lower Merion to the District 1-6A title.
This past season Harper (2nd Team All-PCL) posted 11 points, 6 rebounds and 4 dimes per contest for St. Joe’s Prep. He is a speedy, high-flying athlete with 3-level scoring skills.
As more concrete details emerge on landing spots for Mobley and Harper, we will pass that information along.
