Below is a review of the latest happenings on the recruiting scene in southeastern Pennsylvania (and beyond).

SEPA Recruiting News:

[player_tooltip player_id='1045684' first='Jacob' last='Cummiskey'] – 6'3” / 2024 / CB East / Penn Warriors / Wing: Cummiskey scored over 1,300 points in his high school career and was a four-time All-SOL selection. As a senior he averaged 16 points per game and earned 1st Team All-Area as well as 1st Team All-District honors. Thus, it should not come as a surprise that Cummiskey recently added an offer from Millersville University (D2) to his pile.

[player_tooltip player_id='1990912' first='Elijah' last='Espinosa'] – 6'8″ / 2024 / Red Lands / York Ballers / Small Forward: Espinosa is a long, bouncy, and athletic hybrid-forward. This past season he posted 11 points per game and led the Mid-Penn Conference in blocked shots with 77 swats. Espinosa's tremendous senior year just produced an offer from Clarion University (D2).

[player_tooltip player_id='2398422' first='Korey' last='Francis'] – 5'10” / 2027 / Bonner & Prendergast / [program_tooltip program_id='2078709' first='Team' last='Final'] EYBL / Point Guard: During his freshman campaign Francis was Bonner's 6th man and averaged 7 ppg. while shooting 37% from deep. He is an extremely poised and fast ball handler who can score at every level. The future is bright for this 2027 prospect. Earlier this week, Coach Killings and Albany recognized his potential by sending Francis an offer.

[player_tooltip player_id='1271440' first='Ben' last='Rill'] – 6'9″/ 2025 / Central York / York Ballers / Power Forward: Last month Rill helped push Central York to the 6A state title. Last week Smucker took a visit to York College (D3)

[player_tooltip player_id='1136565' first='Jake' last='West'] – 6'2″ / 2025 / Penn Charter / [program_tooltip program_id='2078709' first='Team' last='Final'] EYBL / Point Guard: This 1st Team All-Inter-Ac selection averaged 14.3 points per game and shot 34% from deep in 2023-24. The latest news on West is that he took a visit to Providence.

SEPA Commitments:

[player_tooltip player_id='1589404' first='Connor' last='Fleet'] – 6'1″ / 2024 / [program_tooltip program_id='2078678' first='East' last='Coast Power'] / Combo Guard: This 1,000+ point scorer and 1st Team All-Area selection is “a walking bucket” who can produce points in the mid-range, at the rim and from behind the arc. His ability to make shots with a high degree of difficulty is unique. Fleet recently committed to Eastern University (D3).

[player_tooltip player_id='2322839' first='Nehemiah' last='Holmes'] – 6'6” / 2024 / Hill School / 3D Sports Academy / Shooting Guard: Last week Holmes committed to committed to Cumberland University (NAIA).
