The first Nike Elite Youth Basketball League session in Memphis was an opportunity for Tennessee prospects to show they belong on, arguably, the biggest AAU circuit.

A plethora of Tennessee prospects were in action on Sunday.

Here's the best from Day 3 of the event:

Tyler Jones, [program_tooltip program_id='2078772' first='Team' last='Thad'] 16U: Jones was the best guard on the floor for [program_tooltip program_id='2078772' first='Team' last='Thad'] in its win over the New Jersey Scholars Sunday morning. The 6-foot-2 guard didn't have a hard time getting into the lane and finishing. Jones was aggressive on the offensive end, attacking the rim in transition and taking what the defense was giving him. He finished with 22 points and 6 rebounds on 9 of 12 shooting. In five games, Jones averaged 11.4 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.4 assists.

Dylan Jones, [program_tooltip program_id='2078772' first='Team' last='Thad'] 15U: The 6-5 wing was a bright spot for his team in its double-overtime win over Mac Irvin Fire. Jones had 30 points on 11 of 12 shooting. The Bartlett High product made shots from the perimeter and at the rim. Jones didn't have the freshman season he had envisioned, but he's off to a solid start on the AAU circuit.

Greg Spight, [program_tooltip program_id='2078772' first='Team' last='Thad'] 15U: Spight was getting his teammates involved in the first half against Mac Irvin Fire. He started to be aggressive offensively before the break, converting on a 3-point play that helped [program_tooltip program_id='2078772' first='Team' last='Thad'] cut its deficit to 8. Spight stayed aggressive in the second half and went 4 for 9 from the field to finish the contest with 12 points.

Cameron Blivens, Brad Beal Elite 16U: Blivens is a knockdown shooter. He's a reliable offensive weapon. On defense, Blivens picks up 94 feet and is very aggressive. His attributes will help Brad Beal compete this spring and summer. Despite losing to CP3 on Sunday, he had 7 points on 3 of 6 shooting in 13 minutes of action. More practice time and reps with his teammates will only strengthen the team's chemistry.

Great fit

Small forward Malachi Jordan and point guard Bryson Wade are both playing with Mokan Elite 15U this spring and summer. As of right now, it's a great fit for both. Jordan has high upside. He has athleticism, good touch around the rim, solid frame to take physicality, and high energy and effort on both ends of the floor. At 6-5, Jordan is a good rim runner and is getting the necessary reps to improve. In the first weekend, he averaged 9.6 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.2 assists. Wade is getting good reps after coming off a freshman season playing behind Vanderbilt commit [player_tooltip player_id='1145719' first='Tyler' last='Tanner']. The more reps Wade gets, the more prepared he will be to lead the Eagles in the 2024 season. Wade can make shots from the perimeter. He takes care of the basketball. Wade sees the floor well. The tools for success are there.
