Max Denson Max Denson 6'1" | CG MN | Team FSA
Denson is a long point guard, listed at 6’3”. He has a smooth handle on the ball and is a pass-first player that sees the floor and the action well. Got into the lane effectively, jump-stopping to two feet and becoming a playmaker. Effective in the open court. Great instincts as a defender. He could pressure with length.
Kemper Thorson Kemper Thorson MN | Minnesota Lightning
You couldn’t tell Kemper was playing up a division in the 14U group, because he handled point guard duties with such poise and control. He more than belonged, and was a great ball-handler, controlled pace, and was elite at setting up teammates.
Brady Beissel Brady Beissel 6'0" | SF MN | Real Phenom
I thought Brady brought a well-rounded game to War For The North. Not an electric athlete but moves well enough to make a play. He adds a good amount of toughness when going straight at the hoop. Drew a ton of contact and was living at the free-throw line.
Cohen Kendhammer Cohen Kendhammer 6'0" | PG WI | Wisconsin 26ers
Cohen was one of the top prospects and performers, at the same time. He used his six-foot frame at a high level and advantage. He could take over games at times, using his frame and athleticism to finish at the hoop. So along with Tyler Kowal Tyler Kowal WI , it made for a dangerous duo.
William Dickinson William Dickinson 5'11" | PG WI | Wisconsin 26ers
Dickinson was on a loaded Wisconsin 26ers team that won the championship. He wasn’t a guy to close a game with Kowal and Kendhammer next to him, but he was performing in his own right. He is an 2-guard with some ability to get to the hoop, shoot the three, and move the ball around quickly and dish.
Raphael Capacia | 204 Elite
In my opinion, Capacia was the most dynamic and skilled point guard. An elite++ handle on the ball and quickness with it. Elite skills as a passer, where he can make difficult and highly-skilled passes. Money from three with a smooth stroke where he can pull off the dribble from there.
