The biggest jump for a prospect in their careers is most of the time between their sophomore and junior years. That spring and summer is crucial for their development and in turn recruitment. We look at the prospects at each position we are looking at to make that leap in Junior Jumps: 2026 Wings!

[player_tooltip player_id='1552394' first='Andre' last='Tyler'] (Simeon)

Tyler is one of the prospects that has the highest ceilings in the 2026 class. Rangy and athletic scoring wing that flashes, but we haven't seen him put a dominant stretch together. Time to do that because he has high-major ability.

[player_tooltip player_id='2105360' first='Lincoln' last='Williams'] (Kankakee)

Williams is another wing that we can see as a prospect that will make a big jump this spring/summer. He had a very good year at Kankakee and has all the projectable tools you could ask for on the perimeter as a smooth scorer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2105355' first='Davon' last='Grant'] (DeKalb)

Grant was a monster for DeKalb down the stretch. Freak athlete with a relentless motor. Mostly scores in the paint at this point. If he can take his game out to the perimeter watch out as he could be a top 3 guy in the class.

[player_tooltip player_id='1552478' first='Jadin' last='Schilb'] (Champaign Centennial)

Schilb is a smooth wing with a feathery jumper and fundamentally sound offensive game. Sometimes settles too much for the jumper which is a strength, but on a given night might not be falling. If he can consistently produce at a high level watch out!

[player_tooltip player_id='1552438' first='Mason' last='Lockett IV'] (Oswego East)

Lockett is a long and rangy shooting that can fill it up from the perimeter. Plus shot maker with a feathery stroke. Smooth operator with the ball in his hands. He has prospect written all over him. We will see this summer if he can become a star!

Charles Barnes (De La Salle)

Barnes is a long and lanky small forward that is oozing with upside. He works best right now from the mid-post in on quick moves and short jumpers along with getting on the glass. If the plus defender can expand his range he could see a big jump.

[player_tooltip player_id='1845354' first='Oliver' last='Gray'] (Barrington)

Gray is one of the premier scorers in the class that many don't talk about. What we like about him is how well he moves off the ball along with shooting with a quick release. Has more to his game than just shooting as he has proven he can deck it some. Want to see more of that!

[player_tooltip player_id='1552441' first='Josh' last='Abushanab'] (Glenbard North)

Abushanab has top 10 ability in this class. The production has been up and down over the last year. Big three man that shined in his last game as a sophomore with his shot making, athleticism, and two way ability. If he can bring it consistently he is a bonafide D1 guy.

[player_tooltip player_id='2105399' first='Ahmad' last='Lee'] (Lincoln Park)

Lee is coming off a very good sophomore season at Lincoln Park where he emerged as one of their top players as an underclassmen. We are looking for him to take it to the next level over the next few months into his junior year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1552486' first='Danny' last='Houlihan'] (New Trier)

Among the premiere shot makers in the class Houlihan is a lefty that has a lightning quick release and moves well off the ball. For him to take it to the next level he will need to show there is more in there outside of elite marksmen!

[player_tooltip player_id='2323264' first='Kassidy' last='Nelson'] (Simeon)

Nelson popped to us at the start of the season when we saw him at Chicago Elite Classic. Athletic small forward with a great frame. He has the physical tools which popped in that game. Was inconsistent the rest of the year, but the talent is there.
