The event brought together some of the most skilled and promising players, creating a competitive and thrilling atmosphere. Spectators witnessed intense matchups, dazzling displays of athleticism, and clutch performances as teams battled. The event provided the perfect platform for many new players. As we quickly approach the release of the updated rankings, let’s take a look at some Fresh Faces from the event.
Leaureaux stood out with his productivity and energy. He played hard, and managed to be effective when he could operate in space. The lefty finished several tough drives to the rack, getting himself on the radar with his performance.
Dunaway was a fresh face that I was able to get a solid look at. He has potential, showing a good IQ to go along with a nose for the ball. His willingess to compete for 50/50’s and defend were a catalyst for Real Run’s weekend success.
Stahl has good size, and mobility. The hybrid forward was a tough interior defender, that was able to use his size to clean the glass effectively.
While Willacey may not have been a completly fresh face, it had been some time since I laid eyes on him. Hardwork Dedication was dominant during the weekend. This gave the young guard an opportunity to showcase his skill under minimum pressure. The skilled guard was able to protect the ball, and took advantage of openings to score.
I didn’t get to see Nehls a lot during the high school season for Rancho, so it was good to watch him this weekend. He’s the consumate glue guy, with flashed the abilty to defend and contribute to his team on both backboards.
